PN 1145--Instructions to Apply for Transfer Certificate (TC) through Parent Portal

Respected Parents,

If you wish to apply for a Transfer Certificate (TC) for your child, kindly submit the request through the Parent Portal. Please follow the steps below to complete the application.

Steps to Apply for TC:

1. Log in to the Parent Portal.

2. On the left-hand side menu, click on "Apply TC."

3. The TC application form will open. The Application date, student name, student ID, class, and academic year will be displayed automatically.

4. Fill in the required details in the form, such as:

   • Application Submitted By (Parent's/ Guardian's Name)

   • Contact Number of the Parent

   • Type of Transfer- You can select from the available options

   • Withdrawal Reason

   • Transfer to Which School

   • Last Attendance Date

5. After filling in all the required fields, review the details carefully and submit the application.

Note:
If you have more than one ward, please click on the settings icon near the student name. You will get the option to switch to the next ward's profile. After selecting the required ward, follow the same procedure to apply for the TC.

Please ensure that all information entered is accurate and complete before submitting the request.

PLEASE APPLY FOR THE TC ONLY AFTER CLEARING ALL THE PENDING FEES. OTHERWISE, THE TC WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
