PN 792-- Aluminum Design and Innovation Challenge [Grades 9 AND 11 ]

Respected Parents and Students,

Aluminium Design and Innovation Challenge Competition

The Aluminium Design and Innovation Challenge Competition provides students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to design and innovation using Aluminium.

Targeted group: Students in Grades 9 and 11 (Nationals & Non-Nationals) from public, private, and technical schools.

The Main participation categories (Portfolio templates attached):

·       Architectural design

·       Product design

·       The future of mobility

·       Space solutions

 

Participation conditions:

·       Participation in the competition is not individual, but rather as a team consisting of 3-4 students and one supervisor from the school.

·       Each team may only register for one of the four competition's categories.

·       Each school and supervisor may participate with more than one team.

 

Awards & Recognitions:

The top 32 teams (8 from each main category) will be selected for the final stage, and the top 3 teams from each main category will receive the following prizes:

·       First place: AED 12,000

·       Second place: AED 8,000

·       Third place: AED 5,000

 

Submission guidelines: Project presentation should be made according to the competition category, record a video no longer than two minutes in which the team presents the project's idea. Further instructions will be shared after registration.

 

Students who are interested must contact in- charge teacher, Mrs. A. Thivya, on or before 12 December 2025 for team registration.

                                             This is to inform you that your ward's SAFAL Examination of MATHEMATICS will be held on November  27,2025  in school. This examination is mandatory for all students.

Kindly ensure that your child attends school on  27th  November 2025 without fail to appear for the SAFAL Exam.

Exam Details:

• Batch 4,5 AND 6: 27th November 2025

• Reporting time -7.20 am 
  

• Own transport students will disperse immediately after the exams 

• School transport students will disperse by 3.30 pm only.

• Students must carry snacks and water with them.

                                                      Please note the following-

1. Annual Sports meet will be held on November 26,27 and December 8,2025, as per the below schedule-

November 26,2025- Girls 

November 27,2025- Boys 

December 8,2025- Finals 

2. The reporting time is 7.20 AM sharp and the dispersal time is 3.30 pm for the participating students. 

Non participating students will have holidays on November 26,27 and December 8,2025

3. Parents are hereby informed that students will report to school and disperse from the school only . Parents are not permitted to collect the students from Zayed sports city.

4. All the students must wear the Sports uniform , Sports shoes and cap

5. Students are requested to carry sufficient water and eatables 

6. Students are not permitted to carry Mobile phones and electronic devices.
