PN 133----School Transport Service Resumption – Important Notice

Respected Parents,

1.Please be informed that the school transportation service will resume from Wednesday, 22 April 2026, due to the current situation. We are in the process of rearranging staff, buses, locations, and routes accordingly.

2. Kindly note that students whose first-term transport fee has not been fully paid will not be eligible to use the school transport service upon reopening.

3. If you wish to continue availing of the transportation service from Wednesday, 22 April 2026, please ensure that the first-term transport fee is paid immediately.

4. ONLINE CLASSES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO ANY STUDENT AFTER APRIL 21,2026. 

ONLINE CLASSES WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY ON APRIL 20 AND 21,2026.

5. Payment Details:-

• Online Payment: Please complete the transaction before 5:00 PM on Monday, 20 April 2026.
• Cash Payment (Accounts Department):
  The fee counter will be open from 7.30 AM to 3.00 PM

PN 136– School timings ( Grades 1-12)

Respected Parents and Students,

                                  The school timings will be 7.20 am to 2.15 pm from Monday-Thursday and from 7.20 am to 11.25 am on Friday for Grade 1-12 students. 

1. Own transport Students must report to the school by 7.15 am latest

2. Own transportation students to be picked between 2.15-2.30 pm

from Monday -Thursday and between 11.30-11.45 am on friday. Parents are requested to be on time .

3. Gate number 8- Secondary section ( Boys)

                                   We are pleased to inform you that, as per the directives of ADEK, the school will be gradually resuming face-to-face regular classes starting from Monday, 20 April 2026 for all students from KG1 to Grade 12.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority. In line with this, a comprehensive set of safety protocols and operational procedures has been established. We request all parents to carefully read the attached document and familiarize themselves with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe transition back to on-campus learning.

School Transport

• School bus services will NOT be operational for the coming week, as per ADEK instructions.
• This will be reviewed after one week, and further updates will be communicated accordingly.

Who Can Attend the in-school Face-to-Face Classes?

• All students from KG1 to Grade 12 who are able to come to school may attend face-to-face classes.

Who Can Attend Distance Learning Classes?

• Students who are currently out of the country or unable to attend school due to valid reasons (such as transport limitations or other concerns) may continue with distance learning.
• Live online classes will continue to be provided for such students.

Mode of Classes

• For administrative efficiency, students of the same grade may be grouped separately for:
• Face-to-Face Classes, and
• Online Classes

Registration & Consent

• Parents who wish to send their wards for Face-to-Face classes are required to complete the Registration and Consent Form provided below by Tomorrow, Saturday, April 18, 2026.
