Respected Parents, Greetings! Please refer the following:-
1. Re-registration:-
As part of the re-enrollment process for the next academic year (2025-2026), we request you to do registration of your ward already studying with us for the next academic year by paying 5% of the approved yearly tuition fees value (which will be totally deducted from the third term fees of 2025-26) as per the ADEK guidelines.
** Please note that it is mandatory for you to re-register your ward for continuing his/her studies in the next academic year.
** Parents are kindly requested to fill the re-registration form
attached and pay the fees in the Accounts section on any working day from January 15-31,2025[MONDAY TO FRIDAY] between 08.00 a.m to 12.00 noon.
The re-registration form must be handed to the class teacher duly filled in on the day as and when the re registration fees is paid.
HARD COPY OF THE RE-REGISTRATION FORM HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO YOUR WARD.
** Re-registration fee will not be accepted after 31.01.2025 under any circumstances.
** Those who have not paid the Second and Third Term Fees till date are requested to clear the same before the payment of the re-registration fees.
** The Re-registration fee structure for 2025-2026 is attached.
** Note:- Re-registration fees will not be refunded, if a student does not attend the School for the next Academic Year 2025-2026.
2. Transfer Certificate:-
Please note that-
@ Parents who intend to withdraw their ward(s) at the end of the academic year 2024-2025 are requested to submit their request for transfer certificate on the form available in the School diary to their respective class teachers and also email to admissions@seps-auh.com on or before January 17,2025.
@ Cancellation of request for Transfer Certificate at the last moment will be considered only subject to availability of the seats.
3] Parents are welcome to deposit directly to our school bank account as mentioned below.
