PN 207---Strict Adherence to School Arrival Timing

Respected Parents and Students,

                                    It has come to our attention that a significant number of students arriving via private/own transportation have been consistently late to school, despite multiple reminders regarding the prescribed arrival time, i.e., 7:15 am. Please be reminded that all students are required to be present in school by 7:15 a.m. sharp. The morning assembly begins promptly at 7:20 a.m.,and all students must be present beforehand.

Punctuality is crucial to maintaining an organized and effective learning environment, and repeated tardiness disrupts not only the individual student’s routine but also the school-wide schedule.

We urge parents to take this matter seriously and ensure that your ward reaches school on time. Your cooperation in maintaining discipline and ensuring timely attendance is greatly appreciated.

PN 203--Pastoral Care for Students[ Grade 4-12]

Respected Parents,

                           School's  team of Pastoral Care offers counseling sessions  and support services to students who have difficulty in getting adjusted with their psycho-socio-emotional and academic needs.  Counselors will take an initiative in guiding the students' through professional help and pastoral care. They work in a team to develop specific strategies designed to provide the student with opportunities to improve their issues.    

         Parents can take an appointment and discuss the concerns of their ward with the school counselors. Since the school identified that some of our parents have difficulty in reporting to the school in person and discussing the matters pertaining to their ward due to their hectic work schedule, school gives an opportunity for them to interact with the counselors online too.  

                            Parents may make use of this facility by mailing to school@seps-auh.com for an online  or face to face appointment with the school counselor. The appointment will be arranged as per the mutual convenience. The counselling facility is available from Monday to Thursday, from 8 am to 1 pm

As educators, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful learning environment. However, the digital landscape extends beyond the classroom, and we recognize the pivotal role parents play in guiding their children's online behaviour.

To support you in this endeavour, we recommend the following actions:

• Engage in regular conversations with your child about their online experiences, emphasizing the importance of respectful communication and the potential risks associated with digital interactions.

As custodians of your children’s well-being and education, it is our enduring commitment to uphold the highest standards of safety and security. In line with our longstanding tradition of providing holistic care and nurturing every student into an exemplary citizen, I am reaching out to share an important update regarding transportation to and from our esteemed institution. 

In alignment with the regulations set forth by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), and with the paramount concern for the well-being of our students, we strongly encourage the use of school transport facilities provided by the institution. Our school buses are equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for every child.

Each school bus is accompanied by a dedicated attendant, meticulously ensuring the safety and well-being of every child throughout their journey. Additionally, state-of-the-art surveillance cameras are deployed to vigilantly monitor the seamless transition of children, thereby enhancing the overall security measures. We must emphasize that the use of private transportation for commuting to and from school is strongly discouraged. While we understand the autonomy of parental decisions, it is crucial to acknowledge that the school cannot assume responsibility for any potential risks or consequences arising from such arrangements. Parents are therefore urged to recognize and accept full accountability for any incidents or issues related to private transportation.

It is imperative to reiterate that our stance firmly discourages the use of private transport, prioritizing the safety and security of our students above all else.  The safety of our students is our top priority, and we believe that utilizing school transport significantly contributes to maintaining a secure environment for all.         The School diary has been distributed to KG and Grades 1-12 students.Please note the following -

1.The student's declaration form - both the copies must be duly and completely filled.It will be counter checked by the class teachers on May 4,2026.Students photo must be stuck in school uniform only in the  student's declaration forms-both copies.  

A COPY OF THE DECLARATION FROM WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE CLASS TEACHER FOR OUR RECORDS. 

KG-1,GRADE 1 and New ADMISSION STUDENTS CAN STICK THE PHOTO- ONCE THE UNIFORM IS PROVIDED

2. The teachers will provide updates in writing pertaining to the assignments, activities, important notifications via the school diary on a regular basis 

3. Parents are requested to refer to the school diary on a daily basis.
