We are proud to welcome our students back to face to face classes after the summer vacation from September 14,2026
As we welcome our students, we remain committed to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for every child. In view of the ongoing construction work outside the school premises, some temporary changes have been made to the arrival and dispersal arrangements. These measures have been carefully planned to ensure the safety, smooth movement, and well-being of all our students.
The following arrangements will be in place:
- KG Students: KG students will enter and exit through Gate No. 1.
- Primary section Students: Primary students arriving by own transport or accompanied by parents will enter and exit through Gate No. 2.
- Secondary section Girls – Own Transport: Secondary girls travelling by own transport , walking, cycling, or accompanied by parents will enter and exit through Gate No. 9.
- Secondary Section Boys – Own Transport: Secondary boys arriving by own transport, walking, cycling, or accompanied by parents will enter and exit through Gate No. 8.
- School Transport Students: Students travelling by school transport will continue to be picked up and dropped off as per the usual transport arrangements. There will be no change to their regular transport procedure.
Important Safety Instructions for Parents -
All students and parents are strictly advised to use the designated pedestrian crossing near the traffic signal near the school when crossing the road. For everyone’s safety, crossing the road at any other point should be avoided.
Parents who pick up or drop off their wards are kindly requested not to leave their children near the roadside or close to the construction area.
Parents are requested to accompany their wards to the designated entry and exit points and follow the instructions of the school staff at all times.
Please note that, in accordance with the applicable ADEK safety and transportation requirements, students below the age of 14 will not be permitted to leave the school premises unaccompanied. Parents or authorized responsible adults are required to collect students in accordance with the school’s approved dispersal procedures.
We kindly request all parents to cooperate with the revised arrangements and follow the instructions of the school staff during arrival and dispersal. These measures have been implemented with the safety and security of every child as our highest priority.
