PN 81--Email ids and Communication mode

Respected Parents, 

             Please note that we communicate via email - Notifications, circulars, important updates, competitions update, Newsletters, portion, exam time table, etc  Please note the following-

1] Parents can call up teachers only as per the timings specified between 6-7 pm .

2] Parents are requested not to send any whatsapp message to the teachers after 8 pm unless it is an emergency. 

3] Please send emails to specific email ids as mentioned in the attachment so as to get quicker and faster response.we have attached emails as per the different departments for quicker reply and response to our parents.

4] School will send emails from school@seps-auh.com.

5] Please note that as and  when an email is sent by the Parents, please specify the following details so that we can revert back quickly -

B) Grade / Section -

C) GR Number- 

D)Purpose of sending the email in points. 

We will reply within 1-2 working days to the email sent by the parents.

             National Dif-gital Library is an initiative by the HRD ministry,India. It is a huge collection of learning resources (68 lakh books) from primary to PG level.

PN 77---WASTE TO WONDER-Innovation Contest [GRADES 6-8]

Respected Parents and Students,

                                                               The Galaxy Science Club is delighted to announce the “Waste-to-Wonder Innovation Contest”, scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026, for students of Grades 6–8. The event aims to showcase innovative models made from waste materials, encouraging creativity, scientific thinking, and environmental awareness.

Registration:

Students interested in participating must register by April 11, 2026 using the online form:

 Participation Guidelines:  

· Open to individual participants from Grades 6–8.

· The event will be conducted online via Zoom (details will be shared later).

· Students must design a model or product using waste or recycled materials.

· Allowed materials include plastic bottles, cardboard, paper, newspapers, old CDs, fabric  scraps, metal cans, and other clean, non-hazardous items.

· Projects should clearly demonstrate a scientific principle.

· Each participant will present their model in a 3–5 minute session.

· Hazardous materials or unsafe tools are strictly prohibited.
