Respected Parents and Students, 

                                     Please note the following:

 1. Grade 1 to 12 students are expected to study all the subjects for all the exams sincerely and thoroughly.

2. Ministry Subjects like Islamic studies, Arabic and USST marks are added to the Grand total of the marks and will impact the overall percentage as well as the rank

3. Moral Science marks will also be counted for all the non muslim students from Grade 1-12 along with the Grand total

4. Therefore students are requested to take serious note of studying all the subjects sincerely.

 

5. Grade X and XII students are hereby informed that the ministry subject marks (Arabic and Islamic studies) will reflect on the overall percentage secured in the Board exam as these two subjects are added up with the grand total of other 5 subjects.

PN 543--Resit Exam[ Grade 6-12 ]

Respected Parents and Parents, 

                                              The Term-1 exam for grade 6-12 will be held in October 2026. According to ADEK’s rules, it is mandatory to enter the Term-1 and Term 2 marks in the ESIS. The average of these two marks will be taken for the promotion. If any student gets less marks than the minimum pass marks,the student  has to write the mandatory re exam. Since re-exam will be conducted during the school hours.

    Considering all the above facts parents are requested to make sure that their ward prepares well for the upcoming exams and scores better marks.

***Reexam will be conducted for the following students only for Those who fail the exam with a big margin of marks

Marks required for different classes and subjects

Grade 6-8 -- Islamic & Arabic pass mark is 50/100, USST pass mark is 60/100 and all other subjects 33/100

Grade 9 &10 --- Islamic, Arabic pass mark is 60/100

 Grade 9 --USST pass mark is 60/100 and other subjects the pass mark is 33/100

Grade 11 &12 Islamic & Arabic pass mark is 60/100 and for all other subjects the pass mark is 33/100

Respected Students and Parents,

                        As part of our commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of our students, we are implementing the School Bag Weight Policy to reduce the risks associated with carrying heavy school bags. Research highlights that a school bag should not exceed 20% of a child’s body weight in order to prevent long-term adverse effects on the spine and overall health.

To ensure compliance, the school will conduct regular checks on the weight of students’ school bags starting from September 21,2026. We kindly request your support in monitoring and guiding your ward to carry only the necessary materials to school each day.

For your reference, please find below the maximum recommended weight for school bags, aligned with each grade level:

Greetings from Sunrise English Private School! We would like to inform you that, effective from Monday, 14 September 2026, the designated school  front gates are operational for the arrival and dispersal of students and parents.

To ensure a smooth, safe, and organized process, kindly take note of the following arrangements:

PARENT ACCESS – GATE NO. 1

Gate No. 1 must be used by parents who:

• Wish to meet the Principal or Vice Principal
• Need to pay school fees / visit the Fee Counter

KG students will also continue to enter and exit through Gate No. 1.
