There were a total of 9 participants qualified for the finals of this prestigious platform showcasing innovative AI Solutions, Apps and Bots designed by students across the UAE, highlighting their creativity in AI, Data Science, and Technology Development. Serah Ann Abraham, of Grade 9B has brought laurels to our school by securing THE “BEST AI APP INNOVATION AWARD”. We have also bagged the “Champions Award”. PN 590--Transportation Service Update – Shamkha and Shahama Areas

Respected Parents and Students,

                                          We would like to inform you with effect from April 2026, the school is not providing transportation services to and from Shamkha and Shahama areas.

This decision has been taken due to the very low number of students availing the service, which makes it not feasible to operate the routes efficiently. Furthermore, as per Department of Transport (DoT) rules and regulations, we are required to complete all trips within the specified timeline, which cannot be achieved under the current circumstances.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request you to make alternative transportation arrangements for your ward.

PN 591---School Timings from October 5-16,2026

Respected Parents and students, 

                                                      Please note the following pertaining to half day school from October 5-16,2026  for Grade 1-12 students.

PARENTS ARE STRICTLY INFORMED THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE LEFT EARLY BEFORE THE ABOVE MENTIONED TIMINGS.

ANY REQUEST FOR EARLY LEAVING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 

1] As informed earlier, Grade 1-12 students will have their first term exam as per the schedule emailed.  

2] The exam commences at Sharp 7.30 am.All the own transport students should reach the school by 7.20 am .

3] On account of the first term exams, the dispersal timings will be as mentioned below

School transport students- 11.30 am 

Own transport students - 11.45 am 

4] Own transport students should be picked up between 11.45 am -11.55 am

PN 592---Term -1 examination [October 2026]

Respected Parents and Students,

                                        Please note the following pertaining to term-1 exam

1] Term-1 examination will be conducted as per the schedule emailed. 

2] Please note that all the students must attend the exams as per the schedule.No re-exam will be taken under any circumstances.

3] If any student is sick,the parent must email the sick certificate to the respective class teacher.

4] Students are not allowed to wear sweaters on the day of the examination. If any student is improperly dressed - untrimmed hair, not wearing Identity card,belt, tie, shoes, socks ,etc- THE STUDENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE THE EXAM 

5] If any student uses unfair means during the examination, zero marks will be given for all the subjects. 

6] All the exams will commence at 7.30 am sharp.Own transport Students must reach the school by 7.20 am.

7.Exam scores will be recorded in the eSIS system. Students are required to achieve a minimum of 33% in all CBSE subjects. 

For Arabic, Islamic Studies, and USST, students must score at least 50% for grades 1-8 and 60% for grades 9-12 in order to pass the exam.So kindly make sure that your ward prepares and performs well for the upcoming exams.

PN 583---Student Referral Form – Parent/Guardian Request for Wellbeing Support

Respected Parents,

The wellbeing and holistic development of our students remain an important priority of our school.

In line with our student support and wellbeing procedures, kindly complete the Student Referral Form shared with you. If you have any concerns regarding your ward's wellbeing, behaviour, adjustment, academic progress, or any other area where you feel your ward may need additional support, please use the referral form to request assistance from the School Social Worker / School Counselor.

The form may be used for concerns related to:

• Emotional or social wellbeing

• Behaviour and adjustment

• Academic or school-related concerns

• General wellbeing and support needs

All referrals will be handled with appropriate care and confidentiality, in accordance with the school’s safeguarding and student support procedures.

PN 584---Aydin Muhammad Aybak – India Book of Records Achievement

Respected Parents and Students, 

                                                                       Aydin Muhammad Aybak, from Grade 1-E has recently been recognised by the India Book of Records for his achievement in solving two Sudoku puzzles (4×4 and 6×6) with numbers in just 1 minute and 59 seconds, at the age of 6 years and 11 months. His achievement was officially confirmed on Last month and has been published by the India Book of Records.

We are very proud of his achievement .Congratulations to him.
