PN 125---Resumption of Face-to-Face Classes – Important Guidelines for Parents

Respected Parents,

                                   We are pleased to inform you that, as per the directives of ADEK, the school will be gradually resuming face-to-face regular classes starting from Monday, 20 April 2026 for all students from KG1 to Grade 12.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority. In line with this, a comprehensive set of safety protocols and operational procedures has been established. We request all parents to carefully read the attached document and familiarize themselves with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe transition back to on-campus learning.

School Transport

• School bus services will NOT be operational for the coming week, as per ADEK instructions.
• This will be reviewed after one week, and further updates will be communicated accordingly.

Who Can Attend the in-school Face-to-Face Classes?

• All students from KG1 to Grade 12 who are able to come to school may attend face-to-face classes.

Who Can Attend Distance Learning Classes?

• Students who are currently out of the country or unable to attend school due to valid reasons (such as transport limitations or other concerns) may continue with distance learning.
• Live online classes will continue to be provided for such students.

Mode of Classes

• For administrative efficiency, students of the same grade may be grouped separately for:
• Face-to-Face Classes, and
• Online Classes

Registration & Consent

• Parents who wish to send their wards for Face-to-Face classes are required to complete the Registration and Consent Form provided below by Tomorrow, Saturday, April 18, 2026.

The school has established a systematic safety protocol covering all stages—from arrival to dismissal—to ensure the protection of every student and staff member. We seek your full cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and supporting the school in maintaining a safe learning environment.

PN 123- Non instructional day - April 17,2026

Greetings from Sunrise English Private School, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi!

As per guidance received from ADEK, regarding School operations: 

1. Tomorrow, Friday, April 17, 2026 will be a non-instructional day.
2. There will be NO LIVE online classes conducted tomorrow. 

This is to facilitate mandatory arrangements and training for staff as directed by ADEK. Further updates regarding regular classes and school reopening will be shared shortly.

PN 124—Parent/Guardian Declaration and Undertaking

Respected Parents,

 Refer the Parent/Guardian Declaration and Undertaking for face to face classes . Parents must email it to the class teacher by April 17,2026 . 

In line with the approved protocol for the safe resumption of onsite learning, and as part of the nursery/school commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children/students, we kindly request your acknowledgment and consent for your child to resume onsite attendance.

As on now , we will not be providing Bus transport services as instructed by the authorities.

Respected Parents and Students,

                                                   Please note that Competitions will be conducted every Friday from this academic year. As regards the competitions for this month -April 2026, it will be conducted online.The login details for each competition will be posted in the class whatsapp group by Friday morning -on the day of the competition.

Students are requested to take part in the competition.Competitions play a role in motivating students to perform and excel and offer a lot more reward than just the winning prize. Competitions offer a chance for participants to gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyse and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude.
