Guidelines for Online Classes [Grades 10 and 12]

Respected Parents and Students, 

Greetings from the school.Classes for Grades 10 and 12 students will be conducted online from March 

23,2026

 We seek your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for all students.Please take note of the following guidelines for online classes:

General Instructions:

• Students must log in using their full name (as per school records). Nicknames or device names will not be permitted.
• Students logging in with incorrect names may not be allowed to enter the class.
• It is mandatory for students to join classes on time as per the timetable.

During the Class:

• Students must keep their camera switched on at all times for proper identification and engagement.
• Students with cameras turned off may be removed from the class.
• Students are required to be in proper school uniform during all online sessions.
• Ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment to maintain classroom discipline.
• Students should mute their microphones unless instructed to speak.
• Appropriate behavior and decorum are expected at all times, as in a physical classroom.

Do's:

• Log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Keep necessary books and materials ready.
• Actively participate in class activities.

Don'ts:

• Do not use inappropriate names or profile pictures.
• Do not switch off the camera without permission.
• Do not engage in any disruptive behavior during the session.

We request parents to support and monitor their ward's participation to ensure adherence to these guidelines.

                               The CBSE board has prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dealing with students having attendance less than the prescribed percentage of attendance for the information and compliance by schools, students and parents.The school will strictly follow the Standard operating 

procedures. Refer to the attachment. 

Please Note that attendance is being marked for each and every student daily. This is to bring to your kind notice and attention the following points:   

1} We request our parents to kindly inform and intimate the class teacher via Email by 07.20 am. latest in case your ward is absent for the day .

 

2} Parents, if you are unable to send an email, then please ring up the Class teacher informing you about your ward's absence.

                                                      Please note that book distribution will be done face to face .We have received ADEK approval for the same.

Please note the following -

1. Please note that book distribution for KG ,Grade 1-9 and 11 students (2026-2027) will be held as per the attached schedule.

2.Parents are requested to follow the schedule strictly.Students are not allowed to accompany the parents. 

3. The fees counter is open on the books distribution days between 8.00 am-12.30 noon

4.Parents are requested to pay the fees of TERM 1 of 2026-2027 immediately [IF NOT PAID TILL DATE].

5. Payment receipt should be shown while collecting the books in BLOCK B GROUND FLOOR. ENTRY IS FROM GATE NUMBER 6 ONLY ON BOOK DISTRIBUTION DAYS  .

6. Sibling students' books can be collected at the same time while collecting the elder sibling students' books.
