PN 1102---Guidelines for School Email Password Reset Requests

Respected Parents,

We would like to share a guideline to help us handle school email password reset requests more efficiently.

For password reset requests, kindly follow only one of the options below:

• Send an email directly to it@seps-auh.com

OR

• Inform your child's class teacher

Please do not use both options at the same time.

When the same request is received through multiple channels (from the class teacher as well as directly via email), the password gets reset repeatedly. Due to the high number of password reset requests received, this creates confusion and makes it difficult for the IT team to track and manage the reset passwords accurately.

To ensure a smooth and timely resolution, we request your cooperation in strictly following one single mode of communication for password reset requests.
