PN 608----Important: Student Safety Guidelines for School Arrival

Respected Parents and Students,

Kindly note the following important safety instructions to ensure the safety of our students during school arrival time:

1. Students arriving on foot: Students & Parents are requested to use the designated walkways and avoid walking along the road.
2. Students arriving by car: Parents are requested to park on the right side of the service road in front of the school, near the designated gates. Please maintain a single line and avoid dropping off students in the middle of the service road, as this is not a safe practice.
3. Dropping off on the main road: Parents are kindly requested not to drop off students on the main road or road shoulder. Please use the designated safe drop-off areas.

Please also refer to the attached Safe Practice Guidance Posters for further information.

The safety of our students is our highest priority. We kindly request everyone's cooperation in following these safety guidelines.

Thank you for participating in the SEPS–PALM webinar on “Making Classrooms Inclusive with Cognitive Neuroscience.” conducted on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

As part of our continued efforts to promote independent learning, student engagement and effective use of digital learning tools, we would like to understand your child's experience with the EduBrisk platform.

PN 604--Sharjah Award for School Theatre Writing 2026–2027 – Invitation to Participate

Respected  Parents and Students,

We are pleased to inform you about the Sharjah Award for School Theatre Writing 2026–2027, organised by the Theatre Department of the Sharjah Department of Culture.

The award aims to encourage creativity, nurture literary and theatrical talents, develop writing skills and enrich school libraries with distinguished theatrical scripts.

The competition is open to both teachers and students. Interested participants are encouraged to submit their original theatrical scripts in accordance with the following guidelines:

Competition Guidelines:

1. The script must be written in Modern Standard Arabic.
2. It must adhere to the principles of playwriting and dramatic structure.
3. The script must be original and not copied from other sources.
4. Previously submitted scripts to similar competitions will not be accepted.
5. Each participant may submit only one script.
6. The script must be typed in Microsoft Word format.

Required Documents:

• Completed award nomination form.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a personal photograph.
• A copy of the passport or other proof of identity.

Submission Details:

• Last Date: 1 April 2027
•

We encourage all interested teachers and students to participate in this prestigious competition and showcase their creativity and literary talents. Parents are requested to motivate and support their children in taking advantage of this valuable opportunity.
