PN 736----BYOD Requirement for IBT Mock Test Practice-Next week for Grades 3-9

Students and Parents,

Greetings from Sunrise English Private School, LLC-OPC, Mussafah!

As part of our ongoing efforts to prepare students for the upcoming ACER International Benchmark Test (IBT), we will be conducting dedicated online mock test practice sessions through the EduBrisk platform next week. These sessions are intended to familiarize students with the assessment format, strengthen their subject knowledge and build confidence ahead of the actual assessment.

In this regard, we request your cooperation in ensuring that your ward brings either a laptop or a tablet to school on the scheduled day for the mock test practice sessions.

Schedule for BYOD-Based Mock Test Practice

Grade(s)	Day	Subjects
Grade 9	Monday	Mathematics, Science and English
Grades 4 & 8	Tuesday	Mathematics, Science and English
Grades 5 & 7	Wednesday	Mathematics, Science and English
Grades 3 & 6	Thursday	Mathematics, Science and English

Students will use the first three periods to complete online mock tests on the EduBrisk platform under the supervision of their teachers.

BYOD Requirement for the Actual IBT Assessment

Please be informed that students of Grades 3–9 will also be required to bring their laptops or tablets to school from November 2 to November 16, 2026, for the conduct of the actual IBT assessment, as per the assessment schedule which will be  communicated by the school.

Important Instructions for Parents

• Ensure that your ward brings either a laptop or a tablet, as required for the scheduled sessions and the actual assessment.
• Please ensure that the device is fully charged before your child leaves for school.
• Students should be able to access the EduBrisk platform using their login credentials.
• Kindly remind your ward to handle the device responsibly and follow the instructions given by the teachers.
• Ensuring the safety of the device will be the responsibility  of the students.

Your cooperation is essential in ensuring that students receive adequate practice and are well prepared for the upcoming assessment.
