We are pleased to inform you that the Online Admission Registration for the Academic Year 2027–2028 will be open from 13-10-2026 till 21-10-2026 for sibling students applying for KG 1, KG 2 and Grades 5 to 9. Please be informed that we are not inviting any application from Grade 1,2 3 and 4 for the Academic year 2027-2028 as there are no seats available for Grade 1-4
Parents are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions and procedures given below before completing the online registration.
1. REGISTRATION PERIOD
- Online registration is STRICTLY OPEN FOR SIBLING STUDENTS ONLY.
- The registration link will be active from 13 October 2026 to 21 October 2026 only.
- The registration form must be completed and submitted on or before 21 October 2026.
- No registration requests received after the deadline will be considered.
- External/Outside students must NOT register through this link.The registration schedule for external applicants will be announced separately on the school website.
2. AGE & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
As per the applicable ADEK requirements, parents are requested to ensure that their child meets the required age and eligibility criteria before submitting the application.
KG 1 – Sibling Applicants
The applicant should be born between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, inclusive.
KG 2 – Sibling Applicants
The applicant should be born between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022, inclusive, and should have successfully completed KG 1 in a UAE school recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Grades 5 to 9 – Sibling Applicants
- No specific age criterion is imposed for applicants to Grades 5 to 9.
- Admission will be considered based on the Transfer Certificate (TC)and Final Report Card of the previous academic year.
- Where applicable, the required documents must be duly authenticated/attested, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Embassy attestation from the country of origin.
Important: Applications will not be accepted if the applicant does not meet the applicable age or eligibility requirements for the grade applied for.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Parents are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information in the online registration form.
Any incorrect, false, misleading or incomplete information submitted may result in the cancellation of the registration/admission, without further consideration.
4. PARENT PORTAL LOGIN – IMPORTANT
Parents must register using their existing Parent Code/User ID and Password currently used to access the ETH Parent Portal. The procedure of online registration is attached herewith.
Please do NOT create a new Parent Login ID or use a different account.
5. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
After successfully completing and submitting the online registration form:
- A “Congratulations” confirmation page will be displayed along with a Registration Number.
- Parents are advised to note down the Registration Number and/or take a screenshot or printout for future reference.
- A confirmation/registration receipt will also be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Parents are requested to retain the Registration Number carefully, as it may be required for subsequent stages of the admission process.
6. DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
Please refer to the attached documentfor the complete list of documents required for the admission/registration process.
7. FURTHER ADMISSION PROCESS
All registered applicants will be contacted via email regarding the next stages of the admission process and any additional requirements.
Parents are also requested to regularly check their registered email address and the school website for further announcements and updates.
