PN 1157-- Guidelines for Online Classes [Grades 10 and 12]

Respected Parents and Students, 

Greetings from the school.Classes for Grades 10 and 12 students will be conducted online from March 23-April 3,2026.

 We seek your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for all students.Please take note of the following guidelines for online classes:

General Instructions:

• Students must log in using their full name (as per school records). Nicknames or device names will not be permitted.
• Students logging in with incorrect names may not be allowed to enter the class.
• It is mandatory for students to join classes on time as per the timetable.

During the Class:

• Students must keep their camera switched on at all times for proper identification and engagement.
• Students with cameras turned off may be removed from the class.
• Students are required to be in proper school uniform during all online sessions.
• Ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment to maintain classroom discipline.
• Students should mute their microphones unless instructed to speak.
• Appropriate behavior and decorum are expected at all times, as in a physical classroom.

Do's:

• Log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Keep necessary books and materials ready.
• Actively participate in class activities.

Don'ts:

• Do not use inappropriate names or profile pictures.
• Do not switch off the camera without permission.
• Do not engage in any disruptive behavior during the session.

We request parents to support and monitor their ward's participation to ensure adherence to these guidelines.
