1) All students residing in Abu Dhabi will be picked up from Madinat Zayed Post Office at 7.00 a.m. and students residing in and around Musaffah (except Abu Dhabi) should be dropped at School by 7.30 a.m.

This competition would require a team of three students specifically have Lego Mindstorm kits (NXT/Ev3). Teams will engage in mainly two competitions,
1- Sumobot wrestling, 2- Drag race. Each competition will have judging and challenge round.
The competition is scheduled on Dec. 9th at Abu Dhabi Indian School-Muroor campus. If you are interested/ not interested in participating your ward for the said competition, kindly let us know through the attached acknowledgement by 27.11.2017

1. Re-registration:-
As part of the admission process for the next academic year (2018-2019), we request you to do registration of your ward already studying with us for the next academic year by paying 5% of the approved yearly tuition fees value (which will be totally deducted from the first quarter fees of 2018-19) as per the ADEC guidelines.
** Please note that it is mandatory for you to re-register you ward for continuing his/her studies in the next academic year.
** Parents are kindly requested to fill the re-registration form available in the School Diary and pay the fees in the Accounts section on any working day from 25/11/2017 to 10/12/2017 [SATURDAY TO THURSDAY] between 08.30 a.m to 12.00 noon.
** Re-registration fee will not be accepted after 10.12.2017 under any circumstances.
** Those who have not paid the Second Term Fees till date are requested to clear the same before the payment of the re-registration fees.
** The Re-registration fee structure for 2018-2019 is given below.

@ Cancellation of request for Transfer Certificate at the last moment will be considered only subject to availability of the seats.

1) We request our parents to kindly inform and intimate the class teacher via Email by 07.45 a.m. latest in case your ward is absent for the day. Please treat this as absolutely important and essential.
2) Parents, if you are unable to send an email, then please ring up the Class teacher between 07.45 am to 08.00 am intimating about your ward's absence.
3) Please note that the school authorities will not allow any child to come late to school under any circumstances.Each and every student should report latest by 07.30 am.Please don't mail any late coming note to class teacher for any reasons whatsoever as the class teachers are instructed not to permit late coming by any student.
4) As regards the dispersal timings, own transport students must be picked up by parents latest by 2.45 pm
