Change in picnic venue for Grade 3

Respected Parents,

Kindly note the picnic venue for Grade-3 has been changed  to Khalifa Park on March 1^st Thursday 2018.

This picnic will be conducted within the normal School hours. Students will come to school at 07:20 am in normal school uniform and will disperse as per the normal school hours.  Snacks will be provided to students. However students may carry some light snacks and water, if required.

                          The Final Examination will commence from 04^th March, 2018.Time Table and portion have already been emailed.In this regard, please note the following points.

 

1].Exam Timing from  04/03/2018 to 14/03/2018 :  [07.30 a.m.–11.15 a.m.]

                                             (for K.G. to Grade VIII)

Reporting Time  - 07.20 a.m.

Dispersal Time - 11.15 a.m.

 

2]. Any child coming late will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. (No Parents of Grade I to VIII will be allowed to collect the students before 11.15 a.m.)

3]. Please note timing for Private Transport and Own Transport Students.

a. Walking /cycling students (unaccompanied - Grade. VI to VIII Boys) – 11.15 a.m.

b. Private Transport  - 11.20 a.m.

c. Own transport (accompanied by parents, Gr. I to V and Girls: VI to VIII) – 11.30 a.m.

 

4].As per the CBSE Notification, it is mandatory for all students to appear in the Half Yearly & Final Examination.  If a student is absent on the grounds of medial reason, the parents should inform the Principal immediately and present the Medical Certificate. We will strictly follow the CBSE guidelines in such matter.

 

5. The last Working Day for this Academic year is 14^th March, 2018.

Worksheets & School Information on Parent's Portal

Respected Parents,

This is for your kind information that we are publishing all the worksheets and school information in the Parent's portal on regularly since the starting of this academic year. Kindly use this facility for all the updates. 

As already informed, Parents can access it by visiting Parents Login menu (screenshot attached) in our school website(www.seps-auh.com).

Parents have to enter their login details to access the portal. For that, you can use your username format as SEPSP followed by your ward's Student code (for eg. SEPSP1234)[there is no space in-between].

Password is common for all the users ie. 123456. You can change the password once you login your portal. For the same, kindly click on the profile button and go to the change password menu in the profile section.

Notice Board - you will get the alerts & updates from the school

Gallery - selected image gallery

Finance - fee details

Academics - worksheets(under weekly plan), policies, report card(will publish after term 1), and daily attendance report
