We thank all our Parents for the support and cooperation in all our initiatives and programs.
As we gear ourselves up for welcoming our students back after the summer vacation, kindly note the following points.
1. The school will reopen for all students of Grades 1-12 on Sunday, 29th of August 2021.
2. The school will be following the blending learning model (Face to Face and Distance learning model).
3. Kindly make sure that the learning mode you chose should not be changed. Students who have opted for distance learning will continue with it until December, 2021.
4. Sunrise school will follow all recommended policies and protocols as notified by ADEK. All policies in terms of safe operation, teaching and learning, and students and teachers wellbeing will be followed judiciously.
School Timings
A) FTF students reporting time is 7.45 am.
B) The class timings for-
Grades 1&2 - 8.00am – 12.45 pm
Grades 3 to 12- 8.00am - 1.30 pm
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR FACE TO FACE STUDENTS.
1. All Students must wear masks
2. Staying back is not permitted. There is no waiting room facility. Hence kindly be prompt in picking up your ward (Grades 1 & 2 by 12.50 pm, Grades 3 to 12 by 1.35pm).
3. Entry of all Students will be through Gate No. 1B. Students will undergo thermal scanning and the temperature will be checked and monitored for health concerns before
entering the classrooms.
EXIT OF STUDENTS WILL BE-
Grades 6-12(Girls) - Through Gate no.1A
Grades 1-5 & BOYS (6-12) - Through Gate no. 1B
4. As per the safety protocol, children are not allowed to share food. Kindly advise your children of the same.
5. Students must carry personal hygiene kit – An extra mask, tissues, hand sanitizer.
6. All students will bring their own sanitized learning materials and stationery and sharing of materials will not be permitted.
7. Students shall maintain the PCR testing validity of 14 days by ensuring they visit the same designated center to obtain their free PCR test.
8. Students have the option of obtaining a PCR test at any private screening center of their choice at their own cost.
9. All the students KG-1, KG-2 Grade 1-12 must undergo PCR Testing to enter the school for FTF Students.
