Respected parents,                                         Starting from 20th September 2021, changing the attendance pattern will not be accepted unless the student's parent submits a valid excuse to the school, pending the Principal's approval. Please note that students attendance is entered into ADEK eSIS everyday by the school registration department. Please refer to the points regarding Students Attendance. This has to be strictly followed. 1)  Students who have opted for FTF at the beginning of the Term will have to continue the same mode until the end of December 2021. Students who have opted for DL classes cannot change to FTF classes in between the term.   2)  Any FTF student who is not physically present for the classes will be marked absent for the day and will not be allowed to attend distance learning classes. The student will be marked absent for both FTF AND DISTANCE LEARNING.   EXCUSED ABSENCE An absence is only authorized for the following reasons, confirmed by a signed letter from Parents/Guardians or by way of official documents to attest for the full duration of the absence: ·  Illness ·  Death of a first- or second-degree family member ·  Scheduled doctor appointments Official community task ·  Mandatory appearance before an official body                   ·  Essential urgent family travel for matters such as medical treatment or the death of a family member
