          Refer Online Admission Registration Form for KG-1 to Grade 9 (Academic year 2022-23) "FOR SIBLINGS STUDENTS ONLY"

Instructions & Procedures:-

 

·         The online registration is OPEN only for KG 1 to Grade 9 SIBLINGS Students (Academic Year 2022-2023).

·         The sibling must be currently studying as a student in Sunrise English Private School, Mussafah, AbuDhabi.

·         External/Outside students are not allowed to register here, the date of online registration for outsiders is published on the school website.

As per ADEK, please note down the age criteria:-

·  KG-1 should  be born as of  1st April 2017 till 31st March 2018,

·  KG-2 should be born as of 1st April 2016 till 31st March 2017 and 

·  for Grade 1 sibling applicant should be born as of 1st April 2015 till 31st March 2016 respectively

·         Please note that no application will be accepted if he/she is over age or underage for the respective grades applied. 

·         From Grade 2 to Grade 9, no age criteria is imposed on any applicant.

·         Any information incorrectly or wrongly submitted will result in cancellation of admission, without any further discussion.

·         The online registration must be filled and submitted online latest by 07/11/2021

·         No request for registration received after this date will be considered.

·         On successful submission of the application form, you will receive a page saying congratulations with a Registration Number of your submission. 

Kindly note down this registration number or take a print for your further procedures. Also you will receive a receipt of your submission in your given email (Inbox). 

 Note: Kindly check your SPAM folder, in-case you haven't received the receipt of registration in your inbox.

Keeping in mind the mental health of the students we are coming up with an initiative to lend a supporting hand to the students who are experiencing difficulties at home. The programme is aimed at handling the students with special support and care. Parents  need to email a  "Handle with Care" note beforehand to the teachers. No further questions will be asked to the student regarding the issues but the child will be given extra time and help during the school time. We expect the support of every parent in our new initiative.

Parents and Students,                                                Greetings from Science India Forum –UAE !   Sastra Prathibha Contest, popularly acronym as SPC, is one of the  important program conducted annually by SIF. SPC is an overseas version  of Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM), India's largest science talent search  organized by Vijnana Bharati.   Central Board of Secondary Education recommends all schools to encourage  maximum participation in this contest. SPC contest is supported by Embassy of India, U.A.E. & Consulate  General, Dubai, U.A.E.   We are glad to announce that registration to SPC 2021 has commenced from 23.06.2021 and will remain open until 22.11.2021.   Essential steps to register for SPC'21:- Step 1 - To register click the web link - https://www.sifuae.com/spc/ Step 2 – If student have registered for SPC'20 then upon clicking the  above link, choose "Re-Registration" button and login to the web app using the last  year credentials (EID & PW). Then edit the profile, specially grade &  school, and process the contest fee payment to confirm participation to  SPC'21. Step 3 - If student is participating for the first time then upon  clicking the above web link, choose the "New-Registration" button. Then  create a profile by filling all the details carefully & process the  contest fee to confirm participation in SPC '21. NEO is a 1-hour exam that will help students know more about startups, businesses, and the corporate world. It will help students learn about entrepreneurship and then test their knowledge with some of the best minds in the country. The olympiad will be held in an online format on 31st October 2021. PN 403--Qutuhal Season-3 (Grade 1-12)

Students and Parents, 

                                                  Curiosity helps children learn efficiently and it is unique because young children already have it in abundance. Keeping this in mind, GIIS school has organised an  Inter-School Competition, Qutuhal Season-3, held annually at Global Indian International School, Dubai. Qutuhal in Sanskrit & Arabic means curiosity. Through the different activities at Qutuhal, children get an opportunity to ideate, share and co-create knowledge and keep their curiosity kindled.

With a panel of judges who are pioneers in their respective fields and events held over a wide variety of engaging themes such as Space Exploration, Robotics, Digital Media, Sustainability, Culinary science & more, this competition is an excellent platform for your child to grow.

The Competition will be held in weekly challenges over 4 age groups of students between Grade 1 to 12. Challenges will be announced every Sunday. The Participants would need to submit their entries online by 12 noon on Saturday in the following week

The Challenges will begin from 17th October to 12th of December, so get those wheels turning!

The Grand Finale will be held from 19th  December 2021 to 2th January 2022, details of which will be shared closer to the event.

PN 393--Uniform- Grade 1-9 and 11 students

Parents,

                This is to inform you that students who want an extra set of uniform may purchase it from school with a Negative PCR test of 96hrs validity during weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm.

 Students are expected to attend the Class strictly in uniform. 

 

                 Parents are requested to order the uniform, if required between 17-31October, 2021.In case of any queries, send an email to uniform@seps-auh.com 

Please note the following Points for Uniform Distribution:-

          

.Parents and Children accompanying them including young children entering school premises must be vaccinated as well have a negative COVID-19 test result (96 hours validity)

· One of the family members ( father or mother only ) is allowed on the school premises for uniform collection.  

. Kindly carry a pair of dress of your ward for checking out the correct size uniform.

· All parents must undergo temperature screening at the school entry. If the temperature is high (More than 37.5 C) the school security will not allow you to enter the school premises.

· Stay home if you feel sick or if you have contact with someone sick.

· All parents are requested to follow instructions from school staff members.

· Always maintain a social distance of 2 meter from others.

· All parents must sanitize their hands before entering the school premises.

· Dispose of the used mask, gloves in the designated waste bins if required.

· Gathering with others is strictly not permitted.

· Parents are requested to use the designated School gate - GATE NUMBER-1.

. Uniforms once issued will not be changed. 

. Alteration will not be done in the school, Parents should get it done from outside.

        . Students are  not allowed to try on uniforms in school.
