PN 445- Important Update on Question Paper Pattern for Term 1 Examination 2025-2026 [(Grades 1 to 12)]

This is to inform you that beginning with the upcoming Term 1 Examination 2025-2026, and in all subsequent assessments, the question papers across all subjects (Grades 1 to 12) will include a variety of question types in alignment with the latest CBSE guidelines. These will comprise:

  • Competency-based questions (CBQs)

  • Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs) questions

  • Application-based questions connecting learning to real-life situations

  • Cross-curricular integration to assess holistic understanding

The objective is to move beyond rote learning and ensure that students are equipped with analytical, problem-solving, and application-oriented skills that are essential for their academic and personal growth.

   Subject: Entry and Exit Gates & Instructions for Arrival and Dispersal Effective from: 25th August, 2025.

In continuation with our intimation through PN-406 please note the following arrangements for the arrival and dispersal of students effective from 25th August, 2025:

 

Arrival

  • School Transport Students:
    Arrival procedure remains the same.
  • Own Transport Students (accompanied by parents / walking / cycling / using public transport):
    • All students of KG, Primary (Grades 1–5), and Boys & Girls of Grades 6–12 will use only Gate No. 4 for entry.
    • Parents are requested to drop their ward near  Gate 4.
    • School staff and non-teaching staff will guide and accompany students to their respective classes as required.
    • Parents will not be permitted to enter the school premises during drop-off in the morning.

Dispersal

  • School Transport Students:
    Students will board the buses at the assigned timings and exit accordingly.
  • Own Transport Students:
    • KG Parents – Parents can collect their ward from B Block and C Block (as per school timings) using Gate No. 4.
    • Primary (Grades 1–5) picked up by parents:
      • Parents are requested to use only Gate No. 4.
      • Entry for parents will be permitted only at 2:15 p.m to collect their ward.

Seating Arrangements during Dispersal (Grades 1–5):

  • Grades 1 ,2 and 3– Seated in their respective classrooms C Block.
  • Grade 4  & Grade 5  – in their respective waiting rooms, C Block Second Floor.
  • Students using Private Transport will be seated in Grade 1A.

         Parents may collect their ward ,use the central stairs and exit via

             Gate 5 or Gate 6 .

Secondary Section Girls (Grades 6–12)

  • Own Transport (Walking / Cycling):
    All girls will exit through Gate  5.
  • Girls Picked Up by Parents:
    • Students will be seated in KG1C , B Block Ground Floor.
    • Parents will enter through Gate  4.
    • After collecting their wards, parents are requested to use the door opposite to 2A classroom to exit.

Secondary Section Boys (Grades 6–12)

·  Own Transport (Walking / Cycling):
All boys will exit through Gate  6.

·   Boys picked by parents:

    • Students will be seated in 11A , A Block Ground Floor.
    • Parents will enter through Gate  4.
    • After collecting their wards, parents are requested to exit through Gate 5 and 6.

Teachers will be present at each corridor to guide the parents.

We sincerely request your wholehearted cooperation in ensuring the safety and smooth dispersal of all the students.

PN 406---Important Notification: Temporary Change in School Gate Access



Respected Parents

                                          Greetings !This is to inform you that due to the ongoing road and rail development projects in Mussafah, there will be traffic diversions near the school premises. As a result, certain school gates will remain closed for safety and operational reasons.

With effect from August 20, 2025, and until further notice:

  • Parents are strictly instructed to use only School Gate No. 4 for entry and exit between 7:30 am and 1:30 pm.

  • This applies to all purposes, including:

    • Dropping and picking up your wards

    • Payment of school fees

    • Purchase of school books and materials

  • School Gates No. 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8 will remain closed until the completion of the development works, as their use may pose safety risks.

Additionally, kindly note:

  • Meetings with the Principal, Vice Principal, Senior Leadership Team members, or teachers will only be scheduled with prior approval of the school authorities via email.

  • Parents are requested to email their meeting requests in advance, and confirmation will be provided as per the availability of the concerned staff.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this period of transition. These temporary changes are being implemented in the best interest and safety of our students and school community.

PN 418-- GREEN Olympiad 2025–26 (Grades 4 to 9 and 11)

                                   Greetings! We are glad to inform you that our school has been invited to participate in the prestigious environment examination. GREEN Olympiad, launched in 1999, is India's premier environment-based examination.

 It is an annual academic feature that enhances knowledge and skills amongst students about environment and sustainability issues related to air,biodiversity , climate change, culture, energy, green skills, waste, water, and other contemporary issues. Over the years, the GREEN Olympiad has been endorsed by Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. 

The programme is promoted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and several State Education Boards.

Details of GREEN Olympiad:

Date: The Green Olympiad will be conducted on 6th November 2025.

Venue: The examination will be conducted offline, within the confines of the school premises.

Eligibility: Participation is open to students of Classes 4 to 9 and 11.

Preparatory Material: Resource Booklet will be provided to aid students in their preparation.

Fee: If you wish to enrol your ward in the competition, kindly submit a registration fee of 35 AED to the respective class teacher.

Certificates and Cash Prizes:

1. Top Performers: The highest-scoring students in each Level will receive cash prizes.

2. Certificates: All participants will receive certificates. The categories of certificates are as follows:

i) Certificate of Participation: Scores from 0 – 59%

ii) Certificate of Merit: Students who score from 60 – 79%

iii) Certificate of Distinction: 80% and above

iv) Certificate of Excellence: Rank holders
