PN 29---Guidelines for Online Classes

Respected Parents and Students, 

                                       We seek your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for all students.Please take note of the following guidelines for online classes:

General Instructions:

• Students must log in using their full name (as per school records). Nicknames or device names will not be permitted.
• Students logging in with incorrect names may not be allowed to enter the class.
• It is mandatory for students to join classes on time as per the timetable.

During the Class:

• Students must keep their camera switched on at all times for proper identification and engagement.
• Students with cameras turned off may be removed from the class.
• Students are required to be in proper school uniform during all online sessions.
• Ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment to maintain classroom discipline.
• Students should mute their microphones unless instructed to speak.
• Appropriate behavior and decorum are expected at all times, as in a physical classroom.

Do's:

• Log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Keep necessary books and materials ready.
• Actively participate in class activities.

Don'ts:

• Do not use inappropriate names or profile pictures.
• Do not switch off the camera without permission.
• Do not engage in any disruptive behavior during the session.

We request parents to support and monitor their ward's participation to ensure adherence to these guidelines.

PN 26-- Students Absentee Email

Respected Parents,

                             Please Note that attendance is being marked for each and every Class. This is to bring to your kind notice and attention the following points:   

1} We request our parents to kindly inform and intimate the class teacher via Email by 07.10 am the latest in case your ward is absent for the day. Email is the official mode of communication for all purposes. 

 2} Parents, if you are unable to send an email, then please ring up the Class teacher informing about your ward's absence or send a WhatsApp message. Please remember that notifying the class teacher is absolutely essential when your ward is absent.
