Pi - Global Mathematics Circuit (Grade 3-9 )

Parents and students,

Please note the following-

1) Welcome to Clash of Pi - Global Mathematics Circuit! Sunrise school has provided google classroom ids of all students of Grade 3-9 and the Access to the resources is absolutely free. Refer the attachment.All the students must avail this benefit

2) ALL the Students of Grade 3-9 must login as follows:

Enter the login ID and password as given
Example is mentioned Login - SEP- student registration number
Password- Students name (all small letters)

Mathematics teachers will provide login details by 03.09.2020

3) Students DO NOT NEED to register again.

4) As a special gesture, we have also unlocked LEAP Advanced study material for a limited time period so that students can use the school break to get ahead in their mathematics learning.

5) Students need to login immediately and change their passwords in order to maintain the security and privacy of their accounts. The accounts are valid till February 28th, 2021

We thank our parents for the support and cooperation rendered in our school development programs and initiatives launched by the school from time to time for the all round development of our students. Please note the following points thoroughly-

1]Please note that Grade 1-12 students will have E learning classes from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm daily from 30th August,2020. Parents are requested to note the timings carefully. Refer the Orientation slides presented on 27.08.2020 in the attachment.

5] Taking photos, videos or recording and sharing it through WhatsApp, Instagram or any other social media is considered as offensive as per international privacy regulations and school cyber bullying policy.

6] Videos, links, assignments, tasks, PPTs, Study notes, worksheets, etc. will be uploaded in the parents portal from time to time and Students are expected to refer to the same . Students must complete the assignments, activities, tasks ,worksheets, etc. on time as specified by the respective subject teachers.

7] Parents are expected to email the class teacher an absentee email latest by 7.45 am mentioning the name of student,Grade/Section and reason of absence as and when the student is absent for the class.

Please note This is to bring to the notice and attention of all the parents the following IMPORTANT points-

1) As per Notification from ADEK;all students of Grade 6-12 will have distance learning classes from 30th August,2020

2) In brief, Grade 6-12 students will commence FTF learning only after 4 weeks subject to approval from relevant authorities.

From 30.08.2020 to 24.09.2020 all Secondary section students will have distance learning only.

3) Please note that an Online Orientation session is organized on Thursay-27.08.2020

at 6.00 pm.

It is mandatory for at least one of the parents and the student to attend the orientation session.
