Salam Bharat Pratiyogita- Heroes Never Die! (Grade 5-12)

Respected Students, 

               Greetings! This letter is to inform you about our upcoming initiative "Salam Bharat Pratiyogita- Heroes Never Die!", to pay a tribute to the Army Martyr, Real Heroes of our nation. 

As independence day is approaching, Navyug NGO with it's Student Ambassadors, is hosting an online video competition from 1st Aug to 10th Aug. where kids of different age groups will participate by making a 2 min. Video speaking about an Army Martyr of their Region or State.

Results will be decided on 15th Aug. exactly after our Hon. PM Shri Narendra Modi's independence day speech and to motivate students and encourage maximum participation, cash prizes, gift hampers, motivational books and online sessions will be given to the winners by our sponsors.

Navyug Each One Teach One Foundation is an NGO relentlessly working for SDG 4, quality education for slum and village students.

We basically work for age group of 10- 19 yr and help them unleash their hidden potential by conducting both online as well as offline regular classes for them. It feels beautiful to make a significant impact on the lives of thousands of students who comes from economically weaker section. 

Navyug realises that during this testing time of Covid 19 pandemic, taking some constructive steps for the society are indespensible. So, keeping our responsibility in mind, we have been working constantly to help these students with their studies by distributing free school books with stationary to more than 200 students which helped them to continue their school education safely at home, teaching village students over Gramoday Radio Station- 90.4 FM to keep them updated and involved while they are at home and we are also helping daily wage earners and their families who are facing financial crises.

Recently, we successfully organised an online national photo story competition which got a huge response and we received more than 500+ entries from all over India. The winners were given cash prizes and books of renowned writers.

By Salam Bharat Pratiyogita, we aim to :

1. Sensitize and create awareness among children about the sacrifices of our Army.

2. Provide a platform to the students to learn effective speaking skills, face camera and enhance their confidence.

3. Post competition, we will also be giving free mentoring classes to the participants to polish their various skills.
