PN52-- Protocols And Entry requirements for face to face classes

 

Parents and Students, 

                                     Please refer to  the following details regarding student's entry for the students attending face to face classes. Face to face classes will commence from 9th May,2022 for Grade 1-12 students. 

 

1. Students are requested to carry a hard copy of the negative COVID 19 PCR test taken. 

 

2. Validity of the PCR test: 96 hours validity if they attend school for the first time.

 

3.Students need to follow the COVID 19 protocol when they are in the school premises

·   Maintain social distance at all times(1.5 to 2 meters)

·   Always bring a minimum 2-sets of PPE and Wear proper PPE at all times (eg: Mask, Gloves etc)

·  Report any unsafe conditions or acts to the teacher.

·  Avoid gathering with friends.

·  Always sit at your allotted seat only.

·  You are not allowed to use others materials

·  Don't share food and water with others.

·  Bring enough water from home.

·  Inform the clinic if you feel sick or if you have contact with someone sick.

·  Follow all the instructions from the Teacher/ School Authority.

·  Dispose of the used mask, gloves in the designated waste bins  placed in corridors (Yellow bins).

1. The school is emailing online competition details on a timely basis to all the parents and students. Face to face competitions will be conducted from May 2022.

2. Students are requested to take part in the competition. Parents must inform the students about these competitions. 

3.These competitions are also being posted on class whatsapp groups.

4. Please note that there is no participation fees for any of these competitions 

5. Competitions play a role in motivating students to perform and excel and offer a lot more reward than just the winning prize. Competitions offer a chance for participants to gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyse and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude.
