PN 30--Email ids/ Communication mode

Parents, 

                  Please note that we communicate via email - Notifications, circulars, important updates, competitions update, Newsletters, portion and exam time table, etc  Please note the following-

1] Parents can call up teachers only as per the timings specified between 6-7 pm .

 

2] Parents are requested not to send any whatsapp message to the teachers after 8 pm unless it is an emergency. 

 

3] Please send emails to specific email ids as mentioned in the attachment so as to get quicker and faster response. We have attached emails as per the different departments for quicker reply and response to our parents.

 

4] School will send emails from school@seps-auh.com.

 

5] In all the emails sent by parents, Please mention the Students name, Grade /section and specify the reason for sending the email. 

 

6 Parents are requested to read the emails thoroughly and do the needful accordingly as per the instructions mentioned.
