Instructions & Procedures:-

 

· The online registration is OPEN only for KG 1 to Grade 9 SIBLING Students (Academic Year 2024-2025). Please refer attachment for document requirements

· External/Outside students are not allowed to register here, the date of online registration for outsiders is published on the school website.

As per ADEK, please note down the age criteria:-

• KG-1  sibling applicant should  be born as of  1st April 2019 till 31st March 2020,
• KG-2  sibling applicant should be born as of 1st April 2018 till 31st March 2019 (Passed in KG 1 within UAE recognized under MOE)    and 
• Grade 1 sibling applicant should be born as of 1st April 2017 till 31st March 2018 (Passed in KG 2 within UAE recognized under MOE)
• Grade 2 Upwards ---Admissions are based on the Transfer Certificate and Final Report Card of the previous year duly attested and stamped by the Ministry of foreign affairs Stamp; Embassy from origin of country.
  

· Please note that no application will be accepted if he/she is over age or underage for the respective grades applied. 

· From Grade 2 to Grade 9, no age criteria is imposed on any applicant.

·Any information incorrectly or wrongly submitted will result in cancellation of admission, without any further discussion.

·The online registration must be filled and submitted online latest by 1/10/2023

· No request for registration received after this date will be considered.

· On successful submission of the application form, you will receive a page saying congratulations with a Registration Number of your submission. 

Kindly note down this registration number or take a print for your further procedures. Also you will receive a receipt of your submission in your given email (Inbox). 

 Note: Kindly check your SPAM folder, in-case you haven't received the receipt of registration in your inbox.

PN 379--Term-1 Exam Guidelines

Respected Parents and Students,

                                Please note the following pertaining to term-1 exam

1] Term-1 examination will be conducted as per the schedule emailed. 

2] Please note that all the students must attend the exams as per the schedule.No re-exam will be taken under any circumstances.

3] If any student is sick,the parent must email the sick certificate to the respective class teacher.

4] Students are not allowed to wear sweaters on the day of the examination. If any student is improperly dressed - untrimmed hair, not wearing Identity card,belt, tie, shoes, socks ,etc- THE STUDENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE THE EXAM 

5] If any student uses unfair means during the examination, zero marks will be given for all the subjects. 

6] All the exams will commence at 7.30 am sharp.Own transport Students must reach the school by 7.20 am.

                                                     Please note the following pertaining to half day school from 2-13 October,2023 for Grade 1-12 students.

PARENTS ARE STRICTLY INFORMED THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE LEFT BEFORE THE ABOVE MENTIONED TIMINGS.

ANY REQUEST FOR EARLY LEAVING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 

1] As informed earlier, Grade 1-12 students will have their first term exam as per the schedule emailed.  

2] The exam commences at Sharp 7.30 am.All the own transport students should reach the school by 7.20 am .

3] On account of the first term exams, the dispersal timings will be as mentioned below

School transport students- 11.30 am 

Own transport students - 11.40 am 

4] Own transport students should be picked up between 11.40 am -11.50 am

PN 378--Math Debate - An International League for students [Grade 6-9 students]

Respected Parents and Students, 

                                             We are delighted to introduce the Math Debate League, launched by UnMath School, with the motto STRICTLY TALK MATH. We firmly believe that engaging students in math's creative and logical sides is crucial for developing critical skills for the future.

 The Math Debate League provides a unique platform for students from grades 6 to 9 across eight nations to come together, debate current topics, and explore the mathematical concepts behind them. By fostering collaboration, the platform encourages students to explore and develop their mathematical skills. We are excited to announce that the finale of the Math Debate League will take place in Singapore in February 2024.

 

The Math Debate League consists of three rounds: Intra School, Inter School, and International. The Intra School round will be a three-day boot camp for all participating students. During this boot camp, students will receive training on visualizing and interpreting math concepts used by companies in their daily operations. It will be an enriching experience for them to apply math in practical and real-world scenarios.

 

To participate in the Math Debate League, there is a registration fee of AED 150.This fee covers the expenses associated with organizing the Intra School event and providing a high-quality experience for all participants. Rest assured, all students will receive a certificate of participation, and winners will be awarded medals for their exceptional performance.

 

We highly encourage you to support your child's participation in the Math Debate League. It offers numerous benefits, including the development of critical thinking skills, logical reasoning abilities, and effective communication skills. Moreover, it instills a love for math and inspires further exploration in this field.
