Collection of Text Books-Grade 1-5

Respected Teachers,

Greetings!

Attached mail has been sent to parents on 01.03.2018 and still SOME teachers of Primary section are not collecting the text books being carr
ied by students of Grade 1-5 to school. This is really not acceptable and permitted.Please note the following-

1] It is the duty of each and every supervising teacher in each and every classroom to collect the text books being carr
ied by students of Grade 1-5 to school daily.

2] Time and again teachers have been told to read and follow the instructions in the mail properly and seriously.

3] The school authorities should not receive any complaint from parents that teachers are not collecting the books from Primary section students

4] Teachers must refrain from making decisions/Judgements-once an email has been sent to parents
for certain initiatives by the School.

Respected Parents,

Subject- The obligation not to operate the school transportation service without obtaining a license from the Department of Transport.

 Parents availing Private transport are requested to note-

1] on the above subject and cooperation with the Department of Transport and to safeguard the safety and security of students, we would like to inform you of the obligation not to contract with the operators of the transport service only after confirming the validity of the vehicle license from the Department of Transport because it is authorized to match operators with legislation and laws

2]
Please inform parents not to contract with the operators of a transport service that is not in compliance with the laws and regulations because this threatens the safety and safety of our students.

3] In case of the presence of transport operators that do not comply with the laws and regulations in force, we emphasize the need to cooperate with the Department of Education and Knowledge or with Department of Transport to report them and to take the necessary action in their right.

Books return to teachers Grade 1-5

Respected Parents,
Greetings!Please note that the School authorities have initiated few steps to reduce bag weight of students of Grade 1-5 since 2017-18.Keeping this in view,we have decided to collect the text books of all subjects-English,

Math

ematic

EVS,Hindi and Computer Science from all students

of Grade 1 to 5

. Parents are requested to inform their ward to submit these text books at the end of each exam day in the Annual exams to the respective teacher.

Please note that these text books will be used in classroom for learning from 2018-19 and students will not be required to carry their text books to school.The text books at home can be used for revision purposes and text books in school will be used for learning in class. We expect fullest cooperation from all our parents in this endeavor.Thank you.

School Timings [ Kg and Grade 1-8]

Respected Parents,

Greetings!
The Final Examination will commence from 04^th March, 2018 for Grade 6-8 students.Time Table and portion have already been emailed.In this regard, please note the following points.

1].Exam Timing from  04/03/2018 to 14/03/2018 : [07.20 a.m.–11.15 a.m.]
                                             (for K.G. to Grade VIII)
Reporting Time  - 07.20 a.m.
Dispersal Time - 11.15 a.m.

2]. Any child coming late will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. (No Parents of Grade I to VIII will be allowed to collect the students before 11.15 a.m.)

3]. Please note timing for Private Transport and Own Transport Students.
a. Walking /cycling students (unaccompanied - Grade. VI to VIII Boys) – 11.15 a.m.
b. Private Transport  - 11.20 a.m.
c. Own transport (accompanied by parents, Gr. I to V and Girls: VI to VIII) – 11.30 a.m.

4].As per the CBSE Notification, it is mandatory for all students to appear in the Half Yearly & Final Examination.  If a student is absent on the grounds of medial reason, the parents should inform the Principal immediately and present the Medical Certificate. We will strictly follow the CBSE guidelines in such matter.

5. The last Working Day for this Academic year is 14^th March, 2018.
