Absent Note/Late coming

Respected Parents,

                             Greetings! This is to bring to your kind notice and attention the following points:-

1) We request our parents to kindly inform and intimate the class teacher via Email by 07.30 a.m. latest in case your ward is absent for the day. Please treat this as absolutely important and essential. 

 

2) Parents, if you are unable to send an email, then please ring up the Class teacher between 7.30-7.45 am intimating about your ward's absence.

3) Please note that the school authorities will not allow any child to come late to school under any circumstances.Each and every student should report latest by 07.30 am.Please don't mail any late-coming note to class teacher for any reasons whatsoever as the class teachers are instructed not to permit late coming by any student.

4) As regards the dispersal timings, own transport students must be picked up by parents latest by 2.45 pm

1.Students interested in contributing for the School Newsletter are advised to submit only original articles that are typed /legibly written on A 4 size paper along with a passport size photograph.

2.These should bear the full name and class/section of the student. The contribution could be in the form of thoughts,articles, stories, quotations, Essays, Quizzes, Crossword,Student achievements, etc.

3.Last date of submission is 28/11/2018. 

4.Soft copies are only considered for thoughts,articles, stories, quotations, Essays, Quizzes, Crossword, Student achievements, etc.Please mail it to the respective class teacher latest by 28.11.2018
