                         Please note that the open house is scheduled on 27/06/2020 for Grade 1-12 students.Please note the following-

 

1) Parents are strictly informed to follow the timings As per the attachment. Please note attendance as per roll number has to be strictly followed.

Please refer to the Exam instructions for Grade 1-12 students.Students are expected to follow the instructions strictly.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ONLINE EXAMINATIONS-JUNE 2020

 

Kindly note:-

1. Online Assessments will start from 08.06.2020 for the Secondary Section students and from 10th June, 2020 for the Primary section students.

 

2. Please make sure your ward's computer / devices are working properly and the internet connection at home is steady. 

 

3. The Assessments   should be done only through laptop or a tablet.

 Students using mobiles are advised not to use it during Examination.

 

4. All students will join Zoom classes on their respective Class teacher's Zoom Id and teachers will instruct students to log into their Google Classroom and open the Classroom as per the Subject scheduled in the Examination Timetable.

 

5. Attendance is compulsory and No re-examination will be conducted for any student under any circumstances.

 

6. Please check that your ward is ready with pen, paper, or pencil. Working of solutions for Math paper should be done in the Test note book / A4 size paper. The Mathematics teacher will guide how the same has to be shared with the teacher.

 

7. All students should complete the examination within the stipulated time. Class teachers will be monitoring the students and guiding them whenever required.

 

8. All the Exam sheets should be submitted within the stipulated time after which the responses will not be accepted.

 

9. We request all students to be honest and sincere while appearing for the online examination.

 

10. Please note that the notebooks and textbooks must be placed in other room at the time of examination

 

11. Parents are not allowed to sit with their wards or help them during the examination. 

 

12. Recording will be done of all assessment tests by the class teachers.

 

13. Any malpractice done during the assessment will be noticed through the recording and students will be given ZERO marks in case they follow any unfair means 

 

14. Cameras should be kept switched on, all through the Examination time. If any camera is switched off during the examination, it will be considered as a malpractice.   And the student will be marked absent and no marks will be given to the student for that particular subject.

 

15. We request parents to rectify all the technical aspects, that is to check and see the mike and camera is in working condition before the examinations begin.

 

16. Any doubts/ clarifications, please contact the class teachers through WhatsApp.

Online Elocution Competition-(Grade 6,7 and 8)

Respected Parents,

                                 Sunrise English Private School provides a platform for its students to showcase their budding talents in every field; and elocution / public speaking being one of the most highly recommended areas of exploration. Public speaking or oration is the process or act of performing a speechto a live audience and this school has always taken initiative to enhance the speaking skills by organizing public speaking.

                           

                                 This year also the school is organizing an online elocution contest for the students of grade 6-8. 

(The interested candidates should register by 07.05.20. The competition will be held on 11.05.2020. 

The time limit for each speaker should not exceed more than 3 minutes).

The topics for the above contest are:

1- The bleak reality of climate change

2- Covid 19 – The world under threat.

3- Decline of communication due to technology

(Choose any one from the above mentioned topic)

N.B: Markings will be based on the following criteria:

  i) Introduction of the topic       ii) conciseness                       iii) clarity of message

  iv) originality                               v) points of interest             vi) conclusion
