Parents,

                 We thank all our parents for their support and cooperation in all our endeavours. Please note the following points-

1. School accounts office is open from 8 am to 1 pm during the summer vacation (8th July- 22nd August,2021)
2. Please note that parents can email request for a Bonafide letter, fee Bonafide letter, any other document, etc .if it's urgently required. The required  document will be emailed back within 2-3 working days. 

3. Parents are hereby notified that the online fees portal is not operational due to technical reasons. 
   

4. Parents are requested not to pay fees online till further notification. 
5. Parents may pay fees in cash at the school fees counter between 8 am to 1 pm. Please note that parents must have 96 hours PCR test validity to enter the school premises for fees payment. 
6. Parents can also deposit the fees into the below mentioned school bank accounts. 
7. Kindly send the scanned copy of deposit slip mentioning the GR No. and fee details to  accounts@seps-auh.com

Students,

                 Students portfolio is a Purposeful collection of student's work that has been selected and organized to show student learning progress (developmental portfolio) or to show samples of students' best work .

Portfolio is made to showcase the students growth , achievements over the years ,in the present school as well as in the previous school studied. Please note-

1] Please refer to the Students Portfolio template in the attachment .

2] All the Students of Grade 5- 12 are expected to prepare their personal portfolios as per the attached format in word document only. 

 

3]  Any innovative ideas and additions in the portfolio are most welcome.

4] The Portfolio must be updated every time throughout the year.Students can enter their exam marks, participation in activities details,etc throughout the year.  Teachers will inform students as to when they have to submit.Internal marks are awarded for the same.

                                         ADNOC is launching the STEM for Life 2021 Summer Camps, and we want your students to participate!

The STEM for Life 2021 Summer Camps are exciting opportunities for middle and high school students in the UAE to explore the concept of energy and build skills that prepare them for the future. 

1. About

We have two awesome camps prepared for students this summer:

Mission Digital Energy Camp (25 July - 5 August 2021)

Energy Camp (8-19 August 2021)

By participating in these camps, students will learn about exciting STEM career paths.They will explore engineering, geology, computer science, sustainability, design and much more! They will also develop their coding, collaboration, problem solving, communication and critical thinking skills. Certificates and prizes will be awarded upon program completion!

2. Eligibility

The camps are open to youth ages 8-16 in the UAE and abroad. 

3. Location

Both camps can be completed from home. There will be virtual sessions throughout this time to support students along the way.

4. Cost

Both camps are free of charge.
