PN 695--Important instructions for Grade 10 & 12

Respected Parents and Students,

                                                       Please note the following instructions  pertaining to the Grade 10 and 12 Students.

1] Pre board practical  exam will be conducted from December 9-18,2024.for Grade 12 students. Please note that Board practical exams will be conducted in the first week of January, 2025. Detailed time table for Board practical exams will be emailed by January 6,2025. . 

 

2] Teachers will present PPT on board exam important tips - subject wise, Important tips for the Board exam, written revision in all the 5 subjects, paper solving practice and solve the doubts from December 

9-18,2024 Grade 10 and grade 12  students. 

 

 

3] Attendance of all the students is mandatory on all the days from December 9-18,2024. 

 

4] All the students should be dressed in complete school uniform. Any student in improper dress code, untrimmed haircut, etc will not be permitted in the class.

 

5] Dress code comprises the school uniform, tie, belt, Identity card, blue socks and shoes. Students are expected to have a trimmed haircut. 

Students are strictly not allowed to wear theVarsity jackets. 

 

6] For both the Pre-board and board practical exams, students in grade 12 Science  students are required to bring the following items:-

investigatory project, activity file, practical record,  lab coat and the required stationery.

PN 694--Rescheduled Ignited Mind Lab Mental Math Competition 2024-2025 [GRADES1-7]

We are delighted to announce the revised schedule for the Ignited Mind Lab Mental Math Competition 2024-2025. This prestigious competition provides students with a platform to showcase their mathematical skills and abilities.

Competition Details

• Eligibility: Open to all students from Grades 1 to 7.
• Format:

• First Round: Conducted online from home.
• Grand Finale: To be conducted offline or online from school (details will be shared later).

• Rescheduled Date for First Round: Saturday, February 8, 2025 (Online from home).

• Duration: 1 hour
• Login Credentials: To be shared by respective math/class teachers.

• Grand Finale Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
• Grand Finale Fees: AED 60 (applicable only for qualified students).
• Certificates: Awarded to all participants.

PN 676--“Ignited Mind Lab Competition” [GRADE 1-7]

Respected Parents and Students, 

                            Warm greetings from the fraternity of Sunrise English Private School. Sunrise English Private School invites you to join the Ignited Mind Lab Mental Math Competition in India and U.A.E for the year 2024 - 2025.

It is mandatory for all Students from Grade 1 to 7 to participate in the Mental Math Competition which is free of charge. The first round of the competition will be held online in the school. 

Curriculum / Syllabus and Study materials for the competition

The syllabus covers the fundamental concepts of Mathematics. Every Grade has a separate syllabus, appropriate for its level.  This competition provides a platform for students to avail.

• An opportunity to show their mathematical skills FREE of cost (First round)

• Recognition in the form of Certificates, Medals and Cash prizes.

• Online resources to prepare for the Competition, Student Performance Report card, Marks statement.

• Opportunity to represent the school in Grand Finale - National level round where students from many prestigious schools will participate and compete with each other for awards

Details of the competition are as follows:

•It is a mandatory competition for all students from Grades 1 to 7

• The first round of the competition will be conducted ONLINE.

• Date for 1^st the first round: SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2024

• Duration for the 1^st round: 1 hour

• Date for Grand Finale: TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2025

• The Grand Finale round will be conducted by the school either offline or online.

The objective of this portfolio is to encourage self-awareness and goal setting, enabling students to track their development over the academic year. The completion of the compendium is segregated into two parts:

1.      Personal Details – This section includes self-reflection, goals, hobbies, and other personal matters that require your ward's input. We kindly request that you mentor and monitor your ward in completing this part, guiding them through thoughtful reflection on their strengths and areas for improvement.

2.     Academic and School Matters – This section, which pertains to academic performance and other school-related areas, will be completed by the teachers.

Your guidance will ensure that your ward benefits fully from this process, while our teachers will complete the school-related aspects. Together, this portfolio will become a valuable tool for their personal and academic growth. We look forward to your valuable cooperation and partnership in your child's education.
