Research has shown that Yoga and Meditation offers an effective solution to problems that arise in children. Regular Yoga makes them more focused. It improves intelligence and memory and contributes to the overall development of the personality. We are pleased to inform that our school in collaboration with Art of Living Foundation – Abu Dhabi Chapter has decided to include yoga classes in After School Activities. Parents who wish to enroll their ward for the yoga class are requested to give the names to the class teacher by 14.1.2018.For further information kindly find the attachments.
Please note that the classes are scheduled for 5 days in the commencing week followed by one class per week.

1.Students are requested to wear full school uniform on the respective class photo session date.
2. Class photos are available to the student at the price of AED 30.
