Parents and Students,

                   Sunrise English Private School Jointly with DC Books is hosting a Book Fair from 25-28 October 2022.This is an excellent opportunity for children to find books that they enjoy reading. All the students will visit the book fair during class time. If you would like your ward to purchase books from the fair, please note that book prices vary between AED 10 and AED 150. Parents are also welcome to visit the Book Fair, which will take place in the school Assembly ground between 2:15 pm and 3:00 pm on each day of the event.

                          In continuation to the Email PN 306--Diwali celebration Activities, please note that the Diwali celebration activities will be conducted on 25/10/2922 as 24/10/2022 is a holiday 

To evoke a  feeling of festivity  among the expatriate community residing in Abudhabi, and to remind  them of the  glorious  and rich heritage  of our motherland,  Sunrise English Private School announces a 'Deepawali and INDIAN NEW YEAR' activity for the students of Grade1-9.  A group of activities is scheduled on the 25th  October, 2022.  The activities will be held in the school premises. 

THE COMPETITION WILL BE AS MENTIONED BELOW

1.      Grade 1,2&3 - DIYA CRAFT with paper .

2.     4&5(Boys) -  Making Diwalicrackers with paper

3.     4&5(Girls)-  Making of Diya  using clay

4.     6&7 (Boys) - Hanging Lantern with paper 

5.     6&7(Girls)-  Making of Diya  using clay 

6.     8&9(Boys) -  Décor food plates with colors and decorative stuff 

7.     8 &9 (Girls) - Making of Toran with paper and other stuff  

8.     Participants should wear the usual school uniform. 

9.     Participants should bring from home the required material.

PN 317---ACER EXAM FEES (Grade 3-9)

Parents, 

              The Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has mandated  that all students from Grades 3 to 9 must participate in  an external assessment. Sunrise English Private School has chosen ACER IBT as  the required assessment as per the National Agenda Parameter for Abu Dhabi and UAE. The exam will be conducted online(as per the instructions by ADEK) ,during the month of November 2022. The assessment will be for English, Mathematics and Science.

    

Please note that ACER exam fees of 80 Dirhams will be collected with second term fees. Those parents who have already paid the second term fees are requested to pay 80 Dirhams to the below mentioned school accounts latest by 27.10.2022. Parents who have not paid the second term fees are requested to pay the fees immediately.Kindly send the scanned copy of deposit slip mentioning the GR No. and fee details to our school email as accounts@seps-auh.com   

Parents can pay the amount in cash also at the school accounts between 7.30 am to 1.30 pm from Monday-Thursday and friday-Saturday between 8-11 am

PN320-- Shastra Pratibha Contest 2022 [Grade 5-12]

Parents and students,

                                        Shastra Pratibha Contest, popularly acronym as SPC, is the flagship program conducted annually by SIF. SPC is an overseas version of Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM), India's largest science talent search contest organized by Vijnana Bharati.

A glaring change made to SPC-2022 is that participation fee is not applicable to 1^st levelparticipation of this year contest. Those students who will qualify to the 2^nd level must pay the contest fee of 25/- AED to continue participating in the contest. Through this highly in-demand request SIF anticipates 100% participation from all the schools across UAE.

Essential steps to register for SPC-2022:-

Step 1 - To register click the web link - https://www.sifuae.com/spc/
Step 2 - Select the "Registration" button and create an individual profile by filling all the fields carefully. Upon successful completion of registration, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID of the student carrying log-in credentials to access the SPC-2022 web app.

 

Apart from individual registration through the above link, this year SIF is accepting bulk registrations from the school. Please find attached the excel template for bulk registrations. So kindly fill up all the details of participating students & return the file at the earliest, preferably within a week ( earlier than 28.10.22). Such students' data will be directly fed to the system and accordingly all the students will receive automated confirmation email carrying log in credentials. 

All the necessary updates & notices regarding the SPC-2022 web app will be available on the dashboard which can be accessed using the log-in credentials.

Meals will be provided at one of the restaurants in Motion Gate. Transportation will be arranged to/from the school.
