PN 513---Instructions for term-1 examination

Respected Parents and Students,

                                Please note the following pertaining to term-1 exam

1] Term-1 examination will be conducted as per the schedule emailed. 

2] Please note that all the students must attend the exams as per the schedule.No re-exam will be taken under any circumstances.

3] If any student is sick,the parent must email the sick certificate to the respective class teacher.

4] Students are not allowed to wear sweaters on the day of the examination. If any student is improperly dressed - untrimmed hair, not wearing Identity card,belt, tie, shoes, socks ,etc- THE STUDENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WRITE THE EXAM 

5] If any student uses unfair means during the examination, zero marks will be given for all the subjects. 

6] All the exams will commence at 7.30 am sharp.Own transport Students must reach the school by 7.20 am.

7.Exam scores will be recorded in the eSIS system. Students are required to achieve a minimum of 33% in all CBSE subjects. For Arabic, Islamic Studies, and USST, students must score at least 50% for grades 1-8 and 60% for grades 9-12 in order to pass the exam.So kindly make sure that your ward prepares and performs well for the upcoming exams.

                            Sunrise English Private School is implementing Co-Education classes for Grade 5-12 students from the academic year 2025-2026 . We believe that this system will be beneficial for our students in a variety of ways. It will create an environment where all students can learn from each other, regardless of gender. It will also provide an opportunity for the students to develop social skills, communication skills, and teamwork skills.  We believe that a co education system will have several benefits for our students. It would create an environment where both genders can learn together and gain a better understanding of each other. It would also provide more opportunities for students to work together and share ideas in a collaborative environment.

 

Parents are requested to submit the attached consent form duly filled by September 26, 2024 into the respective class teachers google classroom id. 

 

The hard copy of the consent letter should also be submitted to the class teacher by September 27,2024.
