                              Greetings!  Please refer the following:-

 1.  Re-registration:-

                            As part of the re-enrollment process for the next academic year (2026-2027), we request you to do registration of your ward already studying with us for the next academic year by paying 5% of the approved yearly tuition fees value (which will be totally deducted from the third quarter fees of 2026-2027) as per the ADEK guidelines.

** Please note that it is mandatory for you to  re-register your ward for continuing his/her studies in the next academic year.

** Parents are kindly requested to fill the re-registration form available in the School Diary and pay the fees in the Accounts section on any working day from December 4-19,2025

** Re-registration fee will not be accepted after December 19,2025 under any circumstances.   

 

** Those who have not paid the Second and Third Term Fees till date are requested to clear the same before the payment of the re-registration fees. 

 

** The Re-registration fee structure for 2026-2027 is attached 

** Note:- Re-registration fees will not be refunded, if a student does not attend the School for the next Academic Year 2026-2027

 

2. Transfer Certificate:-

@ Parents who intend to withdraw their ward(s) at the end of the academic year 2025-2026 are requested to submit their request for transfer certificate on the form available in the School diary to their respective class teachers and also email to admissions@seps-auh.com on or before December 11,2025

@ Cancellation of request for Transfer Certificate at the last moment will be considered only subject to availability of the seats.

                                                               We are delighted to announce that the Young Innovators Program is back with its 7th edition. YIP aims to inculcate a scientific temper in young minds and provide them a platform to develop ideas that address major challenges that pose a threat to the world. In collaboration with the Students' Branding and Relations Cell, IIT Kharagpur, this program is an initiative to identify talented students with a creative aptitude who are interested in the field of science and technology and research-based careers.

About 7th YIP:

With the intent of providing a podium to the science nerds, IIT Kharagpur organizes a Global Science & Technology Competition empowering greenhorns to solve real-life challenges through innovation. YIP is a platform that showcases the transformative ideas of curious minds to address global challenges through technological convergence and scientific innovations. It brings together young, sharp minds from around the world to discuss current issues, unleash creativity, and work towards creating solutions.

Eligibility: Students of Grades 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, who must register in teams of either 2 or 3 members in respective competitions:

Students of class 8, 9 and 10: Junior Division

Students of class 10, 11 and 12: Senior Division

Students of Class 10 have the option to compete in any one of them.

Themes for 7th YIP:

1. Food Security: Develop innovations in sustainable agriculture, smart farming, and supply chain logistics to ensure reliable access to nutritious, safe, and sufficient food for all.

2. Technology for the specially-abled: Develop assistive technologies, tools, and systems to enhance accessibility, independence, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

3. Sustainability and environment, which includes waste to resource, green transportation, and clean energy: Focus on new solutions for converting waste into valuable resources, advancing green transportation, and developing efficient, scalable clean energy technologies.

4. Innovations in Education: Explore technology and pedagogical shifts to improve learning outcomes, personalize education, enhance digital literacy, and make quality schooling universally accessible.

5. Affordable healthcare solutions (hardware): Investigate new low-cost hardware, diagnostic devices, and streamlined medical equipment to make essential healthcare accessible and economical for underserved populations.

Respected Parents,

                                                   Greetings, We would like to inform you that the school is currently reviewing the existing school uniform for the next Academic Year 2026-2027. At this point, no changes have been confirmed, and the current uniform will continue to be used until further notice.

As part of the review process, the school will take uniform measurements of all students from KG-1 to Grade 10 [2025-2026] from December 4,2025. This is only to help us prepare accurate sizing information in case any future uniform updates are approved.

Our school has officially implemented the Student Mental Health Policy, effective immediately. 

The policy outlines procedures for early identification of students needing support, access to counselling services, wellbeing promotion, and clear referral pathways. All staff have been oriented, and students will be briefed on how they can seek help confidentially. Parents will also receive guidance to support home school collaboration.

PN 803---CONFIRMATION OF VACCINATION SCHEDULE FOR GRADE 11 STUDENTS {BOYS AND GIRLS}

Respected Parents,

                This is a confirmation of our vaccination schedule on DECEMBER 4^th, 2025,THURSDAY for the students of Grade 11 (current academic year 2025-2026) – TDAP AND MCV4 as needed.

 

NOTE:

·  Students should be accompanied by the teacher as it is her/his responsibility to confirm the identification of the students.

 Location: School Clinic.

·         Vaccines to be given are TDAP and MCV4 for grade 11 students as needed.

·         For any clarification, please contact the school clinic at clinic@sepsauh.com

 

Ø Note that the below categories of students will not receive the vaccines and must not come to the vaccination area at all;

 1. Students with consents marked as Disagree

2. Students who have not submitted consents

3. Students who were vaccinated before with the same vaccines, parents need to submit copy of the record (please pay attention if any student is repeating the same grade/ Year or transferred from other schools specially if from schools following other curriculum)

 

4. Students with a contraindication for the vaccine

 

5. Students who are sick and/ or parents request to postpone the vaccine

6. If the student was vaccinated with any other vaccine/s within two weeks.

 

7. Students who have received IV antibodies treatment for other sickness require an interval of 90 days before receiving any school age vaccine/s.

 

8. Students who have received antiviral medications shall be given the school age vaccine/s only after 24 hours of discontinuation of the said medications.
