Respected Parents and Students,

1.As instructed by ADEk —-In line with monitoring weather conditions and based on the recommendations of the relevant authorities, and to ensure students' safety, all Private schools are instructed to *suspend all external activities* that require students to be present on school premises on Friday, 19 December 2025.

2. Therefore Grades 9-12 open house is cancelled .Grades 9-12 students will have holiday on December 19,2025.

3. Teachers will email the Marks of P-2/ First Pre Board exam to all the parents email id by 9.30 am on December 19,2025.

4. *The marks will not be emailed, in case the third term fees are outstanding.*

5. Parents are requested not to come to the school for payment of fees on December 19,2025.

6. Answer papers will be distributed to the students on January 5,2026 and the required doubts will be cleared.

7.In case the outstanding fees is paid online /bank transfer by December 20,2025, the marks will be emailed by December 24,2025.

                                  We are pleased to inform you that the Christmas Day Celebration will be held on Friday,December 19, 2025 for Grades 1-8 students. The day will be observed as a No Bag Day, allowing students to enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with joy, fun, and togetherness.

In the spirit of Christmas and in line with the Theme of the Year – Community, students are encouraged to bring food items from home to share with their classmates. This will help nurture values of sharing, caring, and unity while celebrating the joy of the season.

We look forward to your continued support in making this celebration a meaningful and memorable experience for all our students.

In this regard, kindly note the following guidelines:

1.     Students may bring snacks and juice from home to share with their classmates. No snacks or food items should be ordered from outside.

2.     Students are not permitted to move around the corridors distributing food.

3.     The celebration should be limited to the classroom only.
