This programme is designed to nurture innovative thinking, entrepreneurship, and sustainability-driven leadership among youth.
About the Programme
The NextGen Youth Bootcamp: "Transforming Green Ideas into Ventures" is a two-day immersive weekend programme tailored for high school students aged 15–17. The boot camp provides practical, MBA-style entrepreneurial training, enabling participants to convert climate and sustainability ideas into impactful ventures.
Students will engage in:
Expert-led workshops
Venture-building sessions
Hands-on learning activities
A live pitch competition evaluated by mentors and judges
Programme Details
Location: INSEAD Middle East Campus, Abu Dhabi
Dates: 13–14 December 2025 (Saturday–Sunday)
Format: Full two-day, in-person bootcamp
Eligibility: High school students aged 15–17 passionate about sustainability, climate innovation, and impact
Additional Benefit: Finalists will be invited to the INSEAD NextGen Conference on 16 December 2025
