Due to the postponement of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair and the Learner Circle's Young Authors Book Launch, registrations for Writathon 6.0 have now been reopened. This provides additional time and opportunity for students to participate and share their stories, poems, and creative ideas with a global audience.

We would be honored to see students from Sunrise English Private School join this platform and express their creativity through writing and storytelling.

 1. Please note the following details pertaining to the timings for Grade 10-12 students of 2026-2027 batch commencing from March 23,2026 ONLINE . REFER THE ATTACHED TIME TABLE. 

2. ONLINE EXTRA CLASS TIMINGS -8.00 am to 1.45 pm 

3. Students are expected to login by 8.00 AM Sharp Any student logging in late will not be allowed to join the class

4. On March 27 and April 3, 2026 ,classes will be held online from 8.00 AM to 11.20 AM 

5. Students must be dressed in complete uniform with tie, identity card of last year 2025-2026, trimmed haircut and black shoes.

PN 1148--Importance of School-Based Examinations [Grade 10 and 12]

Respected Students and Parents,

Greetings and best wishes to you all.It has been observed that some students are not giving adequate importance to school-based examinations, assuming that only the final board examinations determine their academic performance. Students are hereby informed that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, schools may be directed by the relevant authorities to calculate the final results based on the available school-based examination records.

Therefore, all students are strongly advised to approach every assessment with the utmost seriousness and responsibility from the beginning of the academic year 2026–2027. All examinations conducted by the school, including Periodic Test 1 (P1), Periodic Test 2 (P2), Term 1 Examination, Pre-Board 1, and Pre-Board 2, along with the CBSE Board Examinations, must be taken seriously. Students are expected to prepare well and perform to the best of their abilities.

As you are aware, during the academic year 2025–2026, the Grade 10 and Grade 12 board examinations were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Consequently, the final results were determined based on the school-based assessments conducted by the school and submitted to the CBSE Board.

Additionally, Grade 12 students are hereby informed that from the academic year 2026–2027 onwards, the school will issue Predicted Scores based on students' performance in school-based examinations. These predicted scores may be used for academic guidance and other official purposes. Hence, it is essential that students maintain consistent academic performance throughout the academic year.

PN 1145--Instructions to Apply for Transfer Certificate (TC) through Parent Portal

Respected Parents,

If you wish to apply for a Transfer Certificate (TC) for your child, kindly submit the request through the Parent Portal. Please follow the steps below to complete the application.

Steps to Apply for TC:

1. Log in to the Parent Portal.

2. On the left-hand side menu, click on "Apply TC."

3. The TC application form will open. The Application date, student name, student ID, class, and academic year will be displayed automatically.

4. Fill in the required details in the form, such as:

   • Application Submitted By (Parent's/ Guardian's Name)

   • Contact Number of the Parent

   • Type of Transfer- You can select from the available options

   • Withdrawal Reason

   • Transfer to Which School

   • Last Attendance Date

5. After filling in all the required fields, review the details carefully and submit the application.

Note:
If you have more than one ward, please click on the settings icon near the student name. You will get the option to switch to the next ward's profile. After selecting the required ward, follow the same procedure to apply for the TC.

Please ensure that all information entered is accurate and complete before submitting the request.

PLEASE APPLY FOR THE TC ONLY AFTER CLEARING ALL THE PENDING FEES. OTHERWISE, THE TC WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
