Please note the following Instructions pertaining to Term -2 exams for Grade 4-8 students-

2. Please make sure that your computer/ devices are working properly and
The internet at home is steady.
3. The students are expected to turn the camera on while writing the exam.
4. Please make sure that you are ready with enough xerox copies of answer Sheets, pen, pencil, eraser and instrument box.
5. Please note that notebooks and textbooks must be placed in other
Room at the time of examination.
6. Recording of all exams will be done by the invigilating teachers.
7. If any unfair means are adopted and it is found by the teacher later, zero Mark will be allotted for that particular subject.
8. Invigilator's zoom id will be provided on the previous day of each exam Through class what's app and students are expected to refer to the what's App message by 9pm daily prior to the date of the examination.
9. All students must join with the particular zoom id 5 minutes prior to the Time given in the time table and late entry is not permitted to any student.
10. Submission of paper by not attending the exam online will result in zero
Marks awarded to the student.
11. All students should complete the examination and submit answer sheet
Within the stipulated time after which the responses will not be accepted.
12. Write page numbers in each of the answer sheets and write the total no. used In the first sheet.
13. Question paper will be assigned by the respective subject teacher in the Google classroom five minutes before the commencement of the
Examination.
14. Students have to open the respective subject google class room on the
Date of examination.
