PN 713-- TERM-2- EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS -GRADE-1,2 and 3 STUDENTS.

Parents,

                Please note the following Instructions pertaining to Term -2 exams for Grade 1,2 and 3 students-

 1.

Timing         Details 7.55 am- 8.00 am   STUDENTS LOG IN 8.00 am -8.10 am  ASSEMBLY                         8.15 am- 9:45 am.   EXAM TIME. [GRADES-1,2,3 ]                          9:30-9:45 AM     SUBMISSION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS [ GRADE-3 STUDENTS ].

 

 2.Please make sure that your computer/ devices are working properly and the internet at home is steady.

 

3.The students are expected to turn the camera on while writing the exam.

 

4. Please make sure that you are ready with enough xerox copies of Answer Sheets, pen, pencil, eraser and instrument box.

(Grade-3 Students )

 

5.  Please note that notebooks and textbooks must be placed in other

       Room at the time of examination.

 

6.  Recording of all exams will be done by the invigilating teachers.

 

7. If any unfair means are adopted and it is found by the teacher later, zero Mark will be allotted for that particular subject.

 

 

8. All students will log into their CLASS ID as usual.

 

9.  All students should complete the examination and submit the answer sheet within the stipulated time after which the responses will not be accepted.

 

10.   Question paper will be assigned by the respective subject teacher in the  Google classroom five minutes before the commencement of the

        Examination.

 

11. Students have to open the respective subject Google class room on the date of examination.
