PN 758 -Books Distribution details 2022-2023 for Grade 8 students

Parents,

              Please note the following THOROUGHLY pertaining to the Books distribution for 2022-2023

1] Books distribution for Grade 8 students (2022-2023) will be held on 31^st March, 2022 between 4.00 pm -6.30 pm 

 

2] Parents are strictly expected to follow the timings. Parents must enter from Gate number 3 only for collecting the books.

 

3] All the required covid protocols and regulations must be adhered to.

 

4] Parents collecting the books must have 96 Hours PCR test result validity and green pass on AL HOSN application.

 

5] Parents are requested to carry a copy of the receipt of the book fees paid.

 

6] Please note that in case online payments are made in the last few days, it will take 2-3 days to reflect in our system.

 

7] Parents are expected to fill the attached format while collecting the books .Please ensure it is duly filled. Requesting parents to fill & bring 2 copies while collecting Books.

 

8] Parents are requested to pay the first term fees and book fees for 2022-2023 as per the details notified earlier.
