Please be informed that the re-registration process for the Academic Year 2027–2028 must be completed on or before December 7, 2026. Parents are kindly requested to read the following instructions carefully.
1. Re-Registration for AY 2027–2028
- Re-registration is mandatory for students who wish to continue their studies at our school for the Academic Year 2027–2028.
- The re-registration fee will be 5% of the approved annual tuition fee, as per ADEK guidelines.
- The amount paid will be adjusted against the third-term tuition fees for AY 2027–2028, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
- The final date for payment of the re-registration fee is December 7,2026.
- Re-registration will be accepted only after clearing all outstanding school fees, if any.
- Parents must complete the re-registration form available in the school diary and submit it along with the applicable fee.
- Re-registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the re-registration payment.
Important instructions for parents:
- Parents requiring school transportation for their ward must obtain confirmation from the Transportation Department regarding seat availability before paying the re-registration fee. The re-registration fee will not be refunded if transportation is unavailable or the admission is subsequently cancelled.
- If the first-term tuition fee for AY 2027–2028 is not paid by the announced due date, the admission may be cancelled, and the re-registration fee will not be refunded. The Management reserves the right to offer the seat to another applicant.
- Failure to complete the re-registration process by December 7,2026 will be treated as an indication that the existing student in the Academic year 2026 -2027 will not continue at the school for AY 2027–2028, and the seat may be offered to a new applicant.
2.Transfer Certificate (TC) – Withdrawal from AY 2027–2028
Parents who intend to withdraw their ward at the end of AY 2026–2027 must submit the Transfer Certificate (TC) application through the ETH Parent Portal on or before 11 December 2026.
Please note that cancellation of a submitted TC/withdrawal request will be considered only subject to seat availability for AY 2027–2028.
