Respected Parents,

                                Greetings! This is to bring to the  kind notice and attention of 

our parents from Kindergarten to Grade 12,that our school is 

working on a Project for Sustainable School Development and 

we request  your valuable cooperation and support in making this a success . 

In connection with this, kindly see that your ward abides by the 

following with effect from 19th of May,2015-

1) Plastic lunch boxes to be replaced with steel lunch boxes.

Ensuring minimum water wastage and develop an 

environment friendly atmosphere in school.

2) Contribution of empty Cans and bottles,f

or the purpose of re-cycling.The same can be sent with your ward latest by24.05.2015.

3) Adhering to the motto- Each one plant one.Thus 

provide1 plant Sapling to your ward, for creating a Virtual 

Garden in our School with the Recycled plastic bottles and 

cans. Please send one sapling with your ward latest by 24th May,2015.

4) Collection of all kinds of papers including newspapers,

magazines,cardboards etc can be send with your ward by 25/05/2015.

               Anticipating your valuable co-operation and support in 

making this noble endeavor a great success.
