Respected Parents,

                             This is to bring to your kind notice and attention the following points:-

1} We request our parents to kindly inform and intimate the class teacher via Email by 07.45 a.m. latest in case your ward is absent for the day. Please treat this as absolutely important and essential. 

 

2} Parents, if you are unable to send an email, then please ring up the Class teacher between 07.45 am to 08.00 am intimating your ward's absence.

3} Please note that the school authorities will not allow any child to come late to school under any circumstances.Each and every student should report latest by 07.30 am.Please don't mail any late coming note to class teacher for any reasons whatsoever as the class teachers are instructed not to permit late coming by any student.
