Question-a-Day - Trimester Online Test

Respected Parents,

                          Greetings! As you would be aware, the Trimester Online Tests are an important component of the Question-a-Day initiative.The Trimester Online Tests for Trimester 2 2019 are scheduled to commence on 10 February, with the testing window to extend through to 21 February. All students in Grade 4 and Grade 8 are expected to participate, with the tests to be completed during school time under strict supervision. Attached are the information letters for principals, teachers, and parents (in Arabic and English). Please distribute these accordingly, and in particular, ensure that the letters to parents are sent out as soon as possible.

 

Please note that the Administration of the Trimester Online Tests is SEPARATE to the administration of the eTIMSS/TIMSS administration. The eTIMSS/TIMSS assessment is scheduled for administration AFTER the Trimester Online Test. The eTIMSS/TIMSS study is highly important to the Ministry of Education and it is very important that any instructions you receive pertaining to the eTIMSS/TIMSS administration are followed closely.  

 

The Trimester Online Test student logins and administration guides will be emailed to principals and coordinators on Monday 4 February.
