GREEN Olympiad' Examination – 2019

Respected Parents,

                             Greetings! We are glad to inform that our school has been invited to participate in the prestigious environment examination 'GREEN Olympiad' - the first national and international level annual environment examination for school children organized since 1999.

- The examination serves a dual purpose of testing the environment quotient of students and enhancing their understanding about various issues related to sustainable development.

- Green Olympiad is a written examination comprising objective questions that test environment awareness and analytical skills of students. Questions on a range of issues related to water, waste, energy, air, agriculture, urban landscapes, biodiversity, climate change and sustainable development are included in the examination.

- Students from classes IV – X can participate in this Olympiad through three levels 

Level 1- IV & V; 

Level 2- VI, VII & VIII;

Level 3- IX & X.

 

- All participants will receive a 'Certificate' of Participation/Merit or Distinction depending on their individual performance.

 

-If you are interested in enrolling your ward for the said competition, the registration fee of Dhs.25/-      is to be paid to the class teacher.

 

        - Last date for registration is 30th May, 2019. 

Exam date- 18/09/2019.
