PN 697--Submission of Parent Photograph for ID Card Preparation [KG and Grades 1-9]

Parents, 

Greetings from Sunrise English Private School, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi!

This is to inform you that Parent ID Cards will soon be issued to the parents/guardians of students using Own Transport or Private Transport for pick-up in the evening.

At Sunrise English Private School, student safety is our highest priority, and we do not wish to compromise on it under any circumstances. As per ADEK regulations, students below 15 years of age are not permitted to travel to or from school alone.

To ensure the utmost safety and security of all our students—particularly those using own or private transportation—the school will issue two Parent ID Cards (for each student) per family. These ID cards must be presented at the time of student pick-up to verify the authorized person collecting the child.

Details regarding the distribution and usage of the ID cards will be shared soon.

 Submission of Parent Photograph

As part of the preparation process for the Parent ID Cards, we request a clear photograph of either the father or mother (preferably the father).

Please upload the parent's photo to the School Digital Campus by following the instructions.

Deadline for Upload: Saturday, 1st November 2025

Steps to Upload Parent Photo on the Parent Portal

1. Login to the Parent Portal using your credentials.
2. Click on the Settings (⚙️) symbol at the top right corner of the page.
3. A menu will appear — select the "Upload Photo" option.
4. You will now see the option to browse and select the photo from your device.
5. Once the photo is selected, click on "Save."
6. The parent photo will be successfully uploaded to your profile.

PN 693---ACER IBT EXAM schedule [GRADES 3-9 STUDNETS ]

Respected Parents and Students, 

This is to inform you that the ACER International Benchmark Test (IBT) for the academic year 2025-2026 will be conducted from 10th November to 21st November 2025 FOR GRADES 3-9 STUDENTS 

1.The ACER IBT is an online mandatory benchmark assessment prescribed by ADEK, and its attainment plays a significant role in evaluating school performance standards. The assessments will be conducted during school hours as per the attached schedule.

2.All students are required to Bring Their Own Device (BYOD) — laptop, tablet, or iPad — on the days of their respective IBT assessments.

3. Preparation for IBT

Ongoing preparation for the IBT is already in place through:

• Practice worksheets conducted during regular classroom sessions.
• Online worksheets assigned during weekends to reinforce skills and test familiarity.

4. We sincerely request parents to extend their support by:

• Ensuring that students complete the weekend worksheets at home.
• Ensuring regular attendance on all scheduled IBT assessment days.
• Sending the required device (laptop/tablet/iPad) to school, fully charged, on the respective test days.

5. Recognition of Achievement

Students who demonstrate exceptional performance in the IBT assessments — class toppers in each subject — will be recognized with certificates and special awards.

We encourage all parents to motivate and support their wards to perform their best in these assessments.
