PN 693---ACER IBT EXAM schedule [GRADES 3-9 STUDNETS ]

Respected Parents and Students, 

This is to inform you that the ACER International Benchmark Test (IBT) for the academic year 2025-2026 will be conducted from 10th November to 21st November 2025 FOR GRADES 3-9 STUDENTS 

1.The ACER IBT is an online mandatory benchmark assessment prescribed by ADEK, and its attainment plays a significant role in evaluating school performance standards. The assessments will be conducted during school hours as per the attached schedule.

2.All students are required to Bring Their Own Device (BYOD) — laptop, tablet, or iPad — on the days of their respective IBT assessments.

3. Preparation for IBT

Ongoing preparation for the IBT is already in place through:

• Practice worksheets conducted during regular classroom sessions.
• Online worksheets assigned during weekends to reinforce skills and test familiarity.

4. We sincerely request parents to extend their support by:

• Ensuring that students complete the weekend worksheets at home.
• Ensuring regular attendance on all scheduled IBT assessment days.
• Sending the required device (laptop/tablet/iPad) to school, fully charged, on the respective test days.

5. Recognition of Achievement

Students who demonstrate exceptional performance in the IBT assessments — class toppers in each subject — will be recognized with certificates and special awards.

We encourage all parents to motivate and support their wards to perform their best in these assessments.
