Please note that, any location change requests for existing school transport students, as well as new transport registrations, should be sent by email to transport@seps-auh.com.
Upon receiving your email, we will share the Location Checking Form. Kindly fill in the required details and send it back to us.
The transport company staff will visit and verify the location. This process will take up to 3 working days. Only after location confirmation can a new pickup point be added to the existing bus routes.
