After School activity-Yoga and Meditation

Respected Parents,

                             Greetings! At the outset let me take this opportunity to thank you all for the unending support to the school in our journey to make SEPS one of the best school in Abu Dhabi.

                            Research has shown that Yoga and Meditation offers an effective solution to problems that arise in children. Regular Yoga makes them more focused. It improves intelligence and memory and contributes to the overall development of the personality. We are pleased to inform that our school in collaboration with Art of Living Foundation – Abu Dhabi Chapter has decided to include yoga classes in After School Activities. Parents who wish to enroll their ward for the yoga class are requested to give the names to the class teacher by 12/12/2017.For further information kindly find the attachments.

                                The classes will commence from 07/01/2018. Please note that the classes are scheduled for 5 days in the commencing week followed by one class per week.

III – VIII	Initially 5 classes in first week and then weekly once	100 for Registration 200 for 4 Classes 100 for Follow up
IX – XII	Initially 5 classes in first week and then weekly once	100 for Registration 250 for 4 Classes 150 for follow up
