School timings 7-18 October,2018

Respected Parents,

                                Greetings! 

The Half yearly/P-2 examination will commence from 07^th October 2018. In this regard, please note the following points.

 

1).School Timing from 07/10/2018 to 18/10/2018: (07.30 a.m. – 11.45 a.m.)

                                 (For K.G. to Grade XII)

Reporting Time- 07.20 a.m.

Dispersal Time-  11.45 a.m.

2).Any child coming late will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. (No Parents of Grade. I to XII will be allowed to collect the students before 11.45 a.m.)

3).Please note timing for Own Transport Students.

a. Walking /cycling students (unaccompanied - Grade. VI to XII Boys) – 11.35 a.m.

b. Own transport (accompanied by parents, Grade. I to V and Girls: VI to XII) – 11.55 a.m.

4.) As per the CBSE Notification, it is mandatory for all students to appear in the half yearly and final Examination. if a student is absent on the grounds of medial reason, the parents should inform the Principal immediately and present the Medical Certificate.  We will strictly follow the CBSE guidelines in such matter.
