Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award

Respected Parents,

                                     Greetings! The school wishes to draw the attention of talented students of Sunrise English Private School to register for Hamadan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance, the cycle  21 (2018-2019)

                              If your child has achievements in the following areas during the past 3 years, i.e. during any or all the academic years 2015-18, he/she may be eligible for the above award.

                            The selection criterion for this award requires extensive documentation and presentation of evidences of your child's achievement in scholastic and co-scholastic areas. If your child is gifted kindly go through the criteria that will be considered for selection, which are presented below.

 Selection Criteria:

·        Aggregate percentage 90 and above in each of the last three years

·        Leadership qualities (e.g. class monitor, games captain, house captain, other leadership posts)

·        Abilities & skills (e.g. computer skills, writing etc.)

·        Talents (e.g. public speaking, quizzing, sports)

·        Hobbies (e.g. reading, drawing, dancing, singing, stamp collecting)

·        Cultural activities

·        Sports

·        Social/Charity/Voluntary Work
