We are pleased to inform you that Parent Survey & Student Survey will be launched on Monday, March 18th, 2019. Your cooperation is crucial for a successful surveys administration. | ويسرنا هنا أن نعلمكم عن موعد إطلاق استبانتي أولياء الأمور والطلبة، للعام الدراسي 2019 الإثنين الموافق 18 مارس للعام 2019، إن تعاونكم معنا ذو أهمية قصوى من أجل نجاح تطبيق هاتين الاستبانتين. |
Please pay careful attention to the below details related to the survey: | لذا نرجو منكم قراءة الإرشادات التالية بعناية فيما يتعلق بالاستبانة: |
Section 1: Accessing Surveys | القسم 1 : الدخول للاستبانات |
Access to the electronic questionnaires for both parents and students through a unified link as follows: (Please copy & paste the link below to your internet browser). | يتم الدخول للاستبانات الإلكترونية لكلٍ من أولياء الأمور والطلبة عن طريق رابط موحد كما يلي: (يرجى نسخ ولصق الرابط التالي في متصفح الانترنت).

Target respondents: Parents in all grades. Students from grade 5 to grade 12. | الفئات المستهدفة: استبانة أولياء الأمور (جميع أولياء الأمور لكل المراحل الدراسية) استبانة الطلبة (المراحل من الصف الخامس إلى الصف الثاني عشر) |
** Schools that don't meet the minimum response rate will be excluded and won't receive a school report which will affect the inspection process. | ** سنقوم باستثناء المدارس التي لا تحقق العدد المطلوب للاستجابات من تقارير النتائج مما سيؤثر سلباً على عملية التفتيش المدرسي |

Section 2: Survey Administration | القسم 2: تطبيق الاستبانة |
· The school will be responsible of disseminating the survey link above. | · ستقوم المدرسة بتوزيع رابط الدخول للفئات المستهدفة الموضح أعلاه. |
· It is preferable to encourage parents to complete the survey before Ramadan. | · يفضل تشجيع الفئات المستهدفة على استكمال الاستبانة قبل بدء شهر رمضان الفضيل. |
· You can send the survey information through SMS or printed letters or using any other means that will ensure achieving your target response rate. | · يمكن للمدرسة توزيع معلومات الدخول عن طريق الرسائل النصية القصيرة أو رسائل مطبوعة أو فتح مختبرات الحاسوب للفئات المستهدفة لاستكمال الاستبانة في مقر المدرسة. |
· It is preferable to assign a survey coordinator at your school in order to follow-up closely with the survey progress. | · يفضل تعيين منسق استبانة في المدرسة من أجل متابعة تحقيق العدد المطلوب من الاستجابات. |
Section 3: Survey Limitations | القسم 3: القصور التقني |
· Participants will not be able to resume the survey where they left off, as their partial responses are not automatically saved. Therefore, they should complete the survey in one session. | · في حال توقف المشارك عن استكمال الاستبانة فإنه لا يمكنه العودة لنفس السؤال لاحقا؛ لذا يرجى استكمال الاستبانة في جلسة واحدة. |
· The survey is accessible using any portable device. However, it is NOT recommended to complete the survey using mobile phone in order to ensure serious feedback.
| · يمكن للمشارك استخدام الأجهزة المحمولة لتصفح موقع الاستبانة ولكنه يفضل عدم استخدامالهاتف المحمول وذلك لضمان جدية الأجوبة. |
Section 4: Survey Follow-up and Quality Check | القسم 4: متابعة تطبيق الاستبانة وتقييم مستوى الجودة |
· We will send you weekly email update about your school's survey progress. Please use the information that will be sent to you to encourage high participation from your school. · We will carry out quality checks to ensure that the survey has been administered properly. We will visit a few randomly selected schools and conduct telephone interviews with some randomly selected parents. | · سيتم إرسال تحديث مستمر أسبوعياً، لبريدكم الإلكتروني فيما يتعلق بنسبة المشاركة من مدرستكم؛ لذا يرجى استخدام هذه المعلومات لتشجيع الفئات المستهدفة للمشاركة وإبداء آرائهم. · سنقوم بتقييم مستوى الجودة للتأكد من حسن إدارة وتنفيذ الاستبيان، كما سنقوم بزيارة عدد من المدارس المختارة عشوائياً علاوة على إجراء مقابلات هاتفية مع بعض المشاركين الذين سيتم اختيارهم عشوائياً. |
Section 5: Results Distribution | القسم 5: إعلان نتائج الاستبانات |
· It will take around two months to analyze and report the results. · Your survey results will be published in ADEK's website. Please have a look at the previously published survey reports: Click Here · Schools that don't meet the target response rate will be excluded and no reports will be generated. | · تستغرق عملية تحليل وإعلان النتائج قرابة الشهرين. · سيتم نشر النتائج على الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بدائرة التعليم والمعرفة. ويمكنكم الاطلاع على النتائج السابقة من خلال الرابط التالي: انقر هنا · لن يتم نشر تقارير المدارس التي لا تحقق نسبة الاستجابة المطلوبة. |
Section 6: Who will access your survey results? | القسم 6: من سيطلع على نتائج الاستبانة؟ |
· Your school staff. · ADEK-HQ Divisions including: the Research Office, Inspection Division, and others. · Other education stakeholders: parents, students, researchers,….etc. | · أعضاء الكادر الإداري والتدريسي في مدرستكم. · موظفو المقر الرئيسي في الدائرة من مثل مكتب البحوث، وفريق التفتيش وغيرهم. · كل من له علاقة بالمجال التعليمي من مثل: أولياء الأمور والطلبة وغيرهم. |
Section 7: Respondents Support | القسم 7: الدعم المقدم للمشاركين |
· The school will be responsible for distributing the login details to the parents. | · تتحمل المدرسة مسؤولية توزيع رابط الدخول للاستبانة على المشاركين. |
