Circular No.1 (2019-2020)

Respected Parents,

                              Greetings! Welcome to the new academic year 2019-2020

The Management & Staff of Sunrise English Private School would like to wish you and your ward another year of academic excellence.

 

In order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the School, we request you to kindly note the following:

 

• Make sure that your ward doesn't miss any classes as far as possible. In case of emergency, please inform Class Teacher through mail and school at school@seps-auh.com the absence of your child between 07:00 am – 07:30 am on the same day.
• Students should be in School latest by 7:20 a.m. before the Assembly Bell. Parents are requested to leave your ward till the school gate.  No Parents are allowed to enter building or the Blocks during arrival of students in morning.
• Habitual late coming, irregular attendance, unjustified absence, willful disobedience will be seriously dealt with.
• Send only the text books and note books which are required for the day as per the time table.  This is necessary to reduce the weight of the School bag.
• There will be two breaks at 9:40 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Kindly send two snack/lunch boxes.
• During School hours no parent will be allowed to meet the teacher or contact them over phone.
• A student remaining absent due to sickness should produce a doctor's certificate permitting the student to resume class along with leave note from the parent.
•  While submitting leave notes and other letters, please see that the name of the child, class and division are to be mentioned. 
• Children will not be allowed to leave early during Exam time or on any Working day.
• Students who proceed on leave during Examination time will not be given Re-Exam.  Parents are requested to plan their holiday accordingly.
• Criticism of a teacher should be avoided in the presence of the child because it undermines his/her respect for the teacher and the school.  In case you have any complaint/grievance, please approach the office. 
• Parents are requested to check parent's portal for all circulars, notes, worksheet, marks and other details.
• Parents orientation is being held in Second and Third week of April.  It is mandatory for the parents to attend as the school authorities will explain about the new assessment pattern.  Email regarding the Orientation will be send.

 

The school will send circulars by mail only.  Parents are requested to read the mail daily. No hard copies of circular will be sent henceforth.  Please ensure that you have provided valid Email ID to the school.
