Safety Instructions

Respected Parents,

                         Greetings! This is to your kind attention, the school has got approval form Department of transportation to control, assist the traffic and pedestrians around our school premises. To improve the safety of students during morning arrival & afternoon dispersal time, school has deployed security and school staff to assist students and parents while road crossing near the pedestrian crossing point. The ultimate aim for this action is to reduce traffic on the road and improve safety of our school students. But we have observed that lot of students and parents are still not using the pedestrian crossing & some parents are not cooperating with our security and school staff. Hereby we are requesting all the parents to support us to improve the safety of our students.

All parents are requested to always follow the below mentioned points:

1) Always use and instruct children's to use pedestrian crossing.

2) Always leave the students in school premises, do not leave the children to cross the road alone.

3) Always cross the road as per the security signal.

4) Always collect the children from inside the school premises (For walking with parents and guardians students only) .

5) Do not instruct children to come and wait outside the school premises. (For walking with parents and guardians students only).

6) Instruct children to always wear school ID cards.

7) Those who are using bicycle, Instruct children to use walkway,not to ride cycle on main roads and instruct them to wear helmet while riding.

Note: 

As per the instruction from Department of transportation, Those who are violating the traffic rules the school will collect information and report to DOT directly. Those who are violating the one way sign in front of the school willbe reported to DOT without an notice. All parents are requested to obey the traffic laws.
