1) Please Provide minute details, so that the Books of 2021-2022 academic year can be sent by courier and received by the parents on time.
2)The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form.
3) Please Submit the details by 25.03.2021
4)Kindly submit the google form once.
5)If google form is not filled, the school will not dispatch the books by courier to those parents.
