Sunrise English Private School Sports Department is proudly conducting yoga competition in accordance with the 7th international Yoga day on 21st June 2021.Yoga helps in the development of stronger physical and mental well-being. The simple yoga kriyas help in regaining the sense of control and enables mind and body provide tools for better management of anxiety due to situation beyond control. Students are requested to send the videos to their respective PE Teachers on or before Saturday 12/06/2021. Refer the attachment containing the guidelines , rules and regulations.
